A associate there snatch items out of my hands twice at the self checkout. I am not happy about the service that I have received at the self checkout.

My wife and I bought several items ( separate) today at this store and we're very pleased with the Cashier who checked us out. She asked if we found everything we were looking for, and if we needed help with our purchase because I am on oxygen. We did not know her but my wife asked her name, Norma J.

The Statesville Home Depot store is beautiful - very clean and organized. But what makes this store exceptional is the helpful, happy staff.

Carolina was amazing even though the store was closing in 15 minutes, and we had 3 patient samples we needed. She never appeared rush. She was super friendly - a rare gem these days! So friendly.

When you walk in your walking into Santa’s workshop! The decorations are beautiful! The staff even though extremely busy are so sweet and polite Come out and look around this store you’re probably going to find something to take home!!!

I have been very pleased with the customer service at the Home Depot in Statesville, NC. Every visit I am greeted and asked if I need any help. I recently purchased a new refrigerator at this location, and was well pleased with the customer service provided. It will definitely be my choice for home improvement in the future.

EVERYTHING I NEEDED WAS THERE AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. I HAD 4 STAFF HELP ME OUT THEY WERE KIND AND FREIDNLY. THERE WERE PLENTY CARTS AVAILABLE. SIGNS WERE HUGE AND LEDGEABLE FROM A DISTANCE.

Home Depot has exceptional quality in their Ryobi hand tools. They usually have very fair prices and often have additional discounts on-line. I highly recommend their tools.

I went in knowing what I was going to buy but it took 20 minutes to find help loading windows on a cart to go to checkout

It used to be one of the best stores around, I've bought a lot of tools there but it seems to have gone down with the rest of the home improvement stores!!
