Shopping experience was very helpful, delivery was well below standards. The gal in store forgot to add the $25 charge to move the old fridge, I told my husband to give then the $25 (check) to move it while they were there. They did, into the garage!! 3 feet more is where we had a place to put it. The delivery team was not helpful, inconsiderate and late. They called within the 30 min delivery window and came 2 hours later. We have been avid Home Depot people and WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very nice store, clean on the inside but the outside entrance for contractors is usually messy and cluttered. It could use some cleaning up. It's the first entrance you see when pulling in to the parking lot.

In the Appliance Department, there is an employee named Rick. He is kind, professional and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. His follow thru is 5 stars. He is a true asset to Home Depot.

I gave this store 5 stars because I always have a good experience there. I am well taken care of, and they usually always have what I need for various projects around the house. I will continue coming to this location, and would like to say thank you to Nicole and Mrs Jay in customer service.

Terrible service and rude employees that will ignore you, bump into you, stare at you when you go check out. So sad, this location made my visit uncomfortable.
