Inventory control is lacking for this store. Items that they show as available on their app or on their website are sometimes not available which is a waste of time for anyone looking to ensure they have an item that is needed before driving over.

Best store in the area !!!!frendly place to shop

I have a personalized VIP service from Mr. Oliver. The attention to detail he put on my shopping list, make the whole difference. My project was completed successfully.

My so and I stopped in the Sterling Home Depot yesterday to see if we could find the last things we needed for our kitchen project. Electrical breakers have been extremely hard to find during the pandemic either because so many are remodeling or production/availability of products is down. We were able to find what we needed as well as to get the last few things (and some were big things!) on our list. It was blazingly hot outside and also pretty warm in some areas of the store. That isn’t unusual. There also seemed to be more than enough people working, so that if we had a question or needed help it was anticipated and available almost immediately. We ended up buying enough to qualify for a discount! I hope the pandemic does not suppress business too much, but the attention and service were a great improvement on what used to be the status quo for a woman shopping in an home improvement store.

I've bought everything from appliances to carpet to tools to light bulbs to grills to plants. This is my go-to store for all things home improvement! Great Staff!!

We are new to the neighborhood and have found this store meets our needs and the employees are most helpful.

I had the privilege of being served by MOJDEH. She was extremely courteous, polite and respectful. I am so glad that Home Depot is an employer of different nationalities. We all benefit by differences of backgrounds.

I have been to many Home Depots this store and employees are better in knowledge and are more polite then any others I'm usually dismayed

Based on today’s visit, there is a lack of helpful, knowledgeable employees at this Home Depot. Employees seemed to be gathering in small groups at the front of the store, while customers were left to fend for themselves. We asked FIVE different employers where a simple product was...all gave us faulty information. After hiking the store more than a few times, an employee said they did not carry the item! After returning home, I found what I had been looking for on their website....64 in stock! I am hoping this was one very bad day.

The products are easy to find. Always get assistance when I need. The manager, who passed us, always ask if we need served.

The store was well stocked and we received excellent service from the staff. The prices were good and service excellent.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years and almost every day and I have never had bad experiences. I am very satisfied with the way they provide customer service I recommend it 100%

Needed assistance getting a vanity from the top shelf, as it was the only one in the store. The associate in the plumbing section was extremely helpful in locating the item and extremely quick in getting the vanity down. Literally 5 mins. I went to get a flatbed cart to move it and when i returned, he was already up in the cherry picker pulling it down. I normally expect this process to take a while but they was on the ball that day. Made my trip extremely easy.

We usually have a helpful experience with this Home Depot store. The customer service people are very good - that's why it is a store of our choice. If we have any questions on where to locate items the customer service people go with you to show you where the item is.

Since it is hard for me to get around, I like the way the employers ask me right away, can they help me find my product that I am looking for. And always with a smile, and greeting. I have shopped at this Home Depot for many years and will continue to do so.

The merchandise I need are always available whenever I visit. The associates that have interacted with me during my visits are always helpful.

If you find yourself needing something from the lumber department, this is THE BEST lumber department locally! Dave Nightingale is a standout employee and leads the team well!

I'm a contractor and this store has changed a lot for good. Now they have enough quantities of materials in stock ready to go. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. Manager Mr Carlos makes the whole difference by putting together a team of people who understands the business.

Had a bad experience with the manager on duty last Saturday and with a cashier today, two bad experiences in less than a week. Shop at different Home Depot stores daily and these were my latest bad experiences in a long time.

Generally this store is weak, I normally have mixed experiences in this store. There are some good employees in this store and some not as impressive. Management has strict policies at this store for returns at times. A good manager definitely could turn this store around because it is in a very good location.
