Great place to shop; especially if you are all thumbs when it comes to hardware and how to use it.... Compard to other hardware stores; heads and shoulders the Best.

The team members here 4 in particular, Debbie, George, Bill, and Sam treated me like family. Of course they had professional boundaries but they were showing old-school kindness and manners for a disabled woman. God bless this store.

I shop this store almost weekly. I generally find it difficult to find employees to help me, but when I do they are normally helpful.

Out of all the Home Depots I have been to in NY (3) , VA (5), AL (2) , AZ (2) and others in FL (4), this is by far the best store. Inventory is extensive but the best thing is their customer service. In no store has every employee I needed to deal with been so helpful, pleasant, knowledgable and professional. I was able to find everything I needed with the assistance of sales associates. I was given extensive lessons and information on things I needed to know but had never done before, ie., how to drill into concrete. Great experience.

The store was awesome employes were supernice and I had a very pleasant time shopping there.

Having a person at the front entrance to direct the customer to the correct section of the store is very helpful.

The Home Depot associates were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This store has a very good selection of everything. The assistance I received was outstanding. The store was clean. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

The staff at the Home Depot in Stuart, FL., were very accommodating, helpful, friendly, knowledgable, respectful & caring! They offered to load our truck with heavy stepping stones, of which we purchased 20, without being asked. My husband & I are in our 70’s and need assistance when it comes to heavy materials .... We are more than pleased with the treatment we received today, and every visit we make! Thank you!

TOO MUCH NON QUALITY ITEMS COMING IN FROM CHINA, I HAD TO BUY BETTER SCREWS TO ASSEMBLE A UNIT BECAUSE THE CHINESE SCREWS STRIPPED HALF WAY THROUGH. I DONT HAVE A PROBELM IN PAYING MORE IF THE QUALITY IS THERE. NOTHING AGAINST CHINA BUT IF THERE IS NO QULAITY ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Gwen was amazing. She knew exactly what I needed and took me through step by step. She made sure I had everything I needed. She was patient and so very kind. What a wonderful experience there.

The days of greeting and helping customer GONE

This is my "go to" store. The employees go above and beyond to find what I might have trouble finding. Always kind and courteous, especially Renee and Jean...these two are super great employees!!!!

No nonsense support here. The employees seemed real and interested in the actual problems I was trying to solve - they seemed more like technicians than vacant marketeers. Been several times now. They just seemed to "get it" (the problems I had) right away, made no fuss and started to work. Especially great at the cashier, as she noticed that signing up for a credit card would save me significant money. Then I forgot my new address which was needed for the application, and without holding up the line she vectored me to customer service who helped me find it.

Store is the same as other HD. My issue is they double charged me on my bank card and now I have to take the hour plus to go back and clear it up. As it was an electronic transaction they must have all the records available to them, but the customer service person was rather curt and said I had to return to the store and take time out of my work day.

Awsome group of employees that make every shopping experience a great one on every level. Store is clean and safe shelves will stop and always a supervisor available when necessary. Everyone appears to have a great handle on what their job is. I shop there almost every day it's a great experience. Try it you will appreciate the experience

Great Associates - We drove three hours, roundtrip, to pick up a product at this store that Warren, in the hardware department, picked off the shelf and took up to the Pro department for us. We had had a bad experience that same morning at the Home Depot in Merritt Island and were extremely grateful for the attention and kindness Warren shared with us. Thank you, Warren! In addition, the gentleman in the Pro department was very kind and didn't hesitate to open the box to let us check the contents before we drove back home.

IT REALLY DOES TAKE A VILLAGE. IT IS NICE TO BE RECOGNIZED AND HAVE THE HOME DEPOT TEAM GREET YOU. ALWAYS FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HELPFUL. THAT MATTERS IN TODAYS CHAOTIC WORLD.

We purchased a new refrigerator at this Home Depot 3 weeks ago and the next day we came in to change the order to a more expensive one and the man in that department was so helpful and the whole experience with the delivery and the taking of the old one went very smoothly......
