RATS ALL OVER OUTSIDE GARDEN AREA, MOTHER AND BABIES, FULL GROWN ONES, HEALTH HAZZARD!!!

Excellent service!! Personally recommend!

While shopping today, I found it difficult to get around the store and get to some items on the shelves due to over-crowding in a lot of areas. Associates were great help as always!!

When checking out the other day, I overheard a conversation between cashiers. The last line was, "They never check their receipts." Well, I was checking my receipt to see if my military discount had been applied when I noticed that there was an extra item on my receipt. I checked my bag to see if something I hadn't intended to purchase was in my bag and there wasn't anything extra in my bag. I realized then, the cashier was implying that they charge customers extra items and that's where the last line I heard came into play. They had charged me an extra item and must pocket the item themselves. I went to customer service and explained the situation and they didn't seem to care. They did refund me the item without question, but it took time away from me getting my projects done since I had to return to store after getting home and realizing what had happened. It's sad. We won't be back to this store, but we wanted you to be aware.

I always go to the Ruskin store, employees are helpful at this one.

I go into Home Depot located in Sun city everyday and everybody’s super helpful and always greets you on the way in and always says have a great day on the way out

Great experience with this being my 1st visit to this store and my sales person was a excellent person.

BOUGHT REFRIGERATOR HAD PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY. COMPANY. THEY EVEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER TELLING ME TO CALL STORE MGR.clsimed.I told them I would not accept delivery after 3.I never even talked to them at all until I called a number they told.me to on Voicemail.

We had difficulty getting my military discount to come up in the “new” system, so Lens & Regina went to great lengths to get the system to work. They even called and had the manager come up to help. It was a very impressive example of good work!

We had questions about a patio set and the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist.

Ihave purchased appliances, paint, tools and various household items, all very satisfactory

I saw a young lady who was a cashier helping a man with arthritis load plywood onto his cart. I didn’t catch her name but I thought she was going above and beyond. Also another young woman went above and beyond in lumber to get the shelf resupplied with the stuff I needed and a young man did a great job with the forklift to get it there. Everyone was super helpful despite being short staffed that day. That’s why I think they should make a living wage. It makes the work of diy home repairs actually pleasant when the store you go to is staffed with helpful people. The icing on the cake is Peggy who clearly loves her job and the customers. She’s so great. She goes above and beyond to put a smile on their faces even when they’re paying too much for materials.

I had an issue with a 10% coupon and while the cashier couldn’t figure out the problem, the Customer Service, Ann, saved the day. She went above and beyond to make it right and I will continue to shop there.

My order came in defected, I was upset at first. Tania at customer service was understandable and very helpful she took care of me in a timely manner and I left satisfied with a reorder and great customer service.

Every time I come to Home Depot in Sun City the employees are very nice courteous and always help me find what I need especially Abigail and Allison they always go out of their way to say hi make sure I'm having a good day when I haven't seen me in a couple days to ask where I've been just love the store and the people in the store

People make the difference in any business. Thankful that this store not only has great products, but great customer service as well.

Easy to get in and get out without long lines. Great location. Lots of options. And they deliver also.

The associate in plumbing was excellent in his suggestion of a brand of product that would last longer with fewer future fixes I just love that he gave us that information without us asking for it.

The customer service at this location on this trip was pretty bad. I asked Glenna (in flooring) to help cut blind. She grunted and gave me an annoyed look. She was rude and dismissive through the entire interaction. I asked her to confirm the price (as all the blinds were listed at $109 regardless of the size). She huffed, pulled out her scanner and scanned each tag in an annoyed manner. She gruffly said "$109" after each scan and said "I don't know why they're all like that!" and walked off.
