What a great store. The employees are very receptive and willing to help. Annette did a great job of answering my questions this visit and helping me with my needs!

Took a friend with me to my favorite toy store to get some things to repair his gutters. Everything we were looking for was there and plenty of them! The handful of employees we saw were curious and smiled. We were welcomed energetically and told they were glad to see us back! They remodeling the paint area, which looks like it will be even better than before. Can't wait to return again for the next project.

Kendra continues to shine as a great example of what customer service should be in our country. This women is so good at here job and always willing to help. I cant say enough about how great she is.

Went for 13 rolls of chain link fence which online showed there was 15. I asked a associate if they had anymore outside he said no without looking. But luckily I asked someone else who was able to find the quantity I needed.

I have been to two other Home Depots in Greenville and this one is by far my favorite. I go there all the time and the employees are exceptionally helpful. Especially Jim in the appliance department. If you are looking for somebody to do more than just check you out, he is your go-to guy! I have purchased several appliances from him over the years and he has never steered me wrong.

The best store for all your supplies and need. Shop HOME DEPOT. You will not regret it....

I've lived all over the US and obviously have used several Home Depot stores, throughout those travels. This store for the last 5 years has been a great example of outstanding service and friendly aid. The last few visit I've noticed, even during the holiday rush that the store was clean and well organized. They were even very helpful when products that were sold out and unavailable they were able to help me figure out alternatives or even order them for future pickup. (Not sure if all items can be done this way, but mine was regularly stocked items) As for service, I wander other stores constantly looking for someone to help me. Where as here the employees typically reach out to me about helping. Definitely a big difference. Even the assistant store manager has stopped what he was doing to say hi and ask if I need anything. I hope over time as new employees enter and others leave that they will continue to pass on this on.

Brandon in Lumber is AWESOME. If you are working on any particular project, he is your guy. Super helpful, friendly and will dedicate the time to provide guidance without feeling rush.

Courteous employees Clean store Pleasant experience

The Greeters at the store are great!!! The Cashier named Leanne was very friendly and kind: she was cordial and respectful!!! Leanne assisted me in what I needed!!! What I needed was readily available and in plenty supply!!! I have shopped at this Home Depot location many times and have always been satisfied with the service received!!!

This is the Home Depot to go to. The employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. They always make our experience great and help us find what we need.

14 years of shopping here. It's sad and extremely frustrating to watch retail push itself out of business. My advice. Try to find answers online. Check inventory online and Take notes where to find it in the store. Since you did all the work I'd skip self checkout and have them ring you up. To avoid the blank stares try the smile at the contractors register. She understands hospitality!

Feels like a hometown shopping experience. Store very clean. Associates always take me to the product when I ask. Friendly atmosphere .

Gerald the Assistant Manger is a train-wreck, a real HR nightmare. (coming from a professional opinion) I would re-evaluate his abilities to represent this company!

Jim in Appliances is awesome! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We got an amazing deal on a top of the line washer and dryer set. I highly recommend Jim at Home Depot on I-85 and 291/Augusta Road for any appliance purchase you have coming up!

Store seems better in some ways, but still dont ask If you need assistance finding an item or where something is located.

Mr. Johnnie, at the plumbing section, has been very helpful in terms of providing advice. I've had few plumbing needs in the past few months during house remodeling and Johnnie really helped me fixing the leaks we were experiencing in this house. Johnnie really cares about customers, he listens carefully and provides very clear advice with the list of hardware that's needed to resolve the issue. Consultants like Johnnie are very valuable and can save customers time and money. Thank You Johnnie.

I must say what a great experience I had while shopping at the Home Depo!! I l was greeted warmly at the door, the store was neat and clean and I found everything on my considerably long list, easily. While on my way to the self checkout I was approached by a warm and friendly associate, Mrs Georgia who offered to assist in the process. Making this an overall wonderful experience!!
