I was pricing wood and supplies for a home project, didn't expect to get help due to previous visits from other stores, that you have to search for help, only to hear them call for an associate in the dept, and to wait another 12-20 min before someone show up, and dealing with someone who doesn't want to be there and it shows in their demeanor. This particular day, to my surprise, he Kim, asked if I needed help, I said yes, and thanked him for his assertiveness and assistance. He asked what I was looking for and went further than what I was expecting with measuring out the scope of my job, gave the best sq ft needed and I made my purchase. Mind it, I didn't go in to buy the supplies, but because of the help and assistance I received, I did. Says a lot!!! About the service I received!!

The staff is always great at this location. I have mobility difficulties and the carts are always available. Recently Zieke helped me rent a truck and loaded on a freezer in a manner that allowed me to unload it and get it inside on my own. I have never been able to do this before because the way items get loaded makes them too hard to unload for me. I really appreciate him taking the time to ensure it was loaded smart.

Found what we needed for our sprinklers with help from Jorge, who was very knowledgeable. Upon entering the store we were kindly welcomed by Elijah (in the paint section) and then kindly thanked at the check out by Kit. Those three people made our shopping experience at HD extra pleasant, and because of them we will be back anytime we have home improvement needs!

My contractor left me to deal with selecting and ordering for a project. The ladies at the Pro Desk really evaluated the project, the products and made sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. I felt so much more secure about the project when I left!

I went there twice recently looking for specific light bulbs. This dept was manned both times with employees who were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and the advice was spot on both times.

The employees were very helpful with my questions.

I bought plants , that I was looking for long time and I can only found at Home Depot, I am happy for what I buy

I ordered a water tank on the website and for some reason this store was chosen even though it's an hour and a half away from where I live, rather than the one that's fifteen minutes from me. Instead of cancelling my order or transferring it to the other store, they delivered it. The product was in perfect condition and the person who delivered it was friendly and didn't seem upset or anything at all from having to make such a long drive, which was a breath of fresh air. It was a pleasant experience.

Stock of what I need not easily availability. Had to go enter store from one end them walk all the way to the other end to get it. Cashier does not have those SKU readily available so had to grab a bag from exit them bring it over for them to scan instead of just paying them grabbing it on my way out....

All stores should take a lesson from this one. It is clean and well organized.

I was buying large bricks to complete a backyard project. Rudy came up and asked how he could help. Jokingly I said I need another 20 of these bricks to my amazement he said no problem I will take care of that for you, He loaded another 20 bricks and loaded all 30 bricks into my car. He went above and beyond in customer service.

I bought all my stuffs like toilet water heater lumber hollow blocks cement paints crowns and quality is excellent and all that I need for my house in renovation they have it well recommended

I’ve always had great experiences with all the tools I buy from HD. As well as lumber! And customer service comes second to none!

This particular store on Ft Apache/Flamingo always has someone to help no matter what section you're in, very helpful and knowledgeable associates

Came into home depot to purchase pvc piping and piping end caps, Rich from plumbing was extremely knowlegdable and provided excellent customer service. Everyone at this location is so nice and willing to help you with your needs. Highly recommended.

The paint department employee was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable

I needed help with self check out. Deborah came to the rescue. Helped me with my check out and was able to get my military discount. 5 stars do not do her justice.

We bought 2 pallets of pavers and only used 1.5 pallets. We came back to returned 250 pavers as a store credits on 9/26/2022 so we could shop it again at home depot. it went well with the lady and we were happy. 30 minutes later around 7:10pm we came back to return 30 more pavers and told this young african - american girl to refund the same a store credit for us but she said the system could not allow her to do it so she can't do it. When we told her we just did it 30 minutes ago she just kept saying she can't do it. She was rude when we were trying to ask for different person to help us out. She grabbed the receipt and quickly called the person in-line. We felt like we were treated not fair just because we wanted different person to help us and she would not want that to happen. Seriously , you will lose more customers because of that girl.

Brandon was extremely helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to assist with all our needs

Bob in hardware is amazing. He took the time to help me find the screws I needed for my desk. E then showed me where to find some coupling I needed for my sander and finally he helped me so much with a new tool box. He walked with me through the section and we took out all the different options and tested them. He even looked up the one that wasn’t on display and helped me make a decision. Grateful for his time and opinion. Please recognize him for his amazing customer service.

While renovating our house we have been requiring lots of assistance and the staff has been extremely helpful

This is a store where you can enjoy an excellent organization and find employees who love their work, doing it with great professionalism and dedication, in addition to an excellent knowledge of the products that the client needs to solve their needs, here in this store you will find employees willing to help you from the moment you enter until you leave it, it is a very well organized and clean store, in fact I would like to congratulate all its workers and bosses since everything described above is due to an excellent management group and teamwork.

Every time I shop at this store its always clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

About every time I go to this store there are no lumber carts in store. Because there all over the parking lot
