Cedar 4x4x8 was straight and had very few knots.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator that quit after only 5-6 weeks. After almost a month of the worst customer service we've ever experienced with a company trying to deal with Frigidaire/Electrolux, the issue was resolved (with the Frigidaire employee hanging up on us after we tried to find out more information regarding our refund). We contacted Home Depot customer service and Tracy made sure we were taken care of from that point forward. She and Dawn (manager) went to action and began getting everything processed while I was on the phone. That evening, we went to the store to finalize the process and find a new refrigerator and the assistant manager (Kristen) took extremely good care of us, along with Kendra. As horrible as our experience dealing with Frigidaire was, our experience with Home Depot was the exact opposite and made us feel very valued as customers and people in general.

I appreciate that this location feels more like my neighborhood hardware store. It is easy to shop and the people are consistently friendly and helpful.

I left disappointed because they were unable to give me discount on a plant that was clearly dying, yellow leaves, color fading... I'm sure if I go to the dump tomorrow that same plant will be there! So instead of leaving with 2 plant.. I left with one.

Great experience at the southwest tulsa store today. Had a hard to find Milwaukie battery powered saw AND saved 25$ on it because Mrs Malita was so helpful! I would have paid and left but she offered for me to try for the credit card and saved me 25$!

I was helped by 3 different people in various areas & they were all helpful & thorough in answering my questions. At the end of my purchase I felt confident I had made the right decision.

I bought the Ridge palm router to do some carved signs and so far it's been great. Been making a new sign every week or so sometimes a few a week and have had no trouble at all. Its comfortable in my small hands and does not vibrate like some of the other tools I have used.

Been needing a new battery for months now ,, it will pay for itself

Store is conveniently located. Stock is limited and sometimes requires going to another store which can be a pain.

La quita offerd me an opputunity to apply for a Home Depot credit card,,, she’s a beautiful person, I would’ve applied but I already have a Home Depot credit card.

While most of the store is fine, do not expect to get help in their lumber department. The associates in that department are not at all interested in helping you. I’ll never recommend this location for anything related to lumber.

I have shopped at other locations. This store is my GO TO LOCATION! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate that.

The employees at this Home Depot location are quick to ask if assistance is needed. On several occasions, this has saved me a lot of time in not having to search for an item. If a product is out of stock, employees are helpful in advising which locations have the product, and the quantity on hand. Again, a time saver. All the employees are eager to help. Annie is a great checkout lady where I frequently shop.

Employees I dealt with were quite nice and helpful. However, I wanted an in-the-box product. Store had unboxed and assembled all of the items in stock for this product and not done very well. Meaning, I had to purchase a product slightly damaged by poor assembly.

In my opinion and in my experience Home Depot is far superior to most other home stores! Always easy to find what I'm looking for and usually always has what I need. Definitely recommend.

This particular store has an excellent garden center, we had gone here last week after visiting a local nursery which was overpriced and had poor quality. I would have to say the this store has a great selection, quality and price. The plant tables were organized by type, full shade, part shade and full sun, pricing was easy to find along with good service. Thanks to the associates and management for making this a pleasant shopping experience.

We prefer shopping at this location because the parking is ample and clean. Additional reason, is a positive experience with several employees at the store. Monte is one of the Return/Exchange counter cashier. Return and exchanges in many stores is a bottle neck, slow and inefficient. Monte works with the lightening speed because he knows the process well, he is well informed about the merchandises, and he has an exceptional customer service training. Always is pleasure to see customer service employees have a vast knowledge, right attitude and skills.

Excellent, experienced personnel were so friendly and helpful. It's the only home improvements store in which I will shop, from now on.
