I went today to buy a couple things and I didn’t know anything about the Home Depot app and Tanya was really nice To help me download the app and get my perks so I was able to use them before they expired now that is great customer service and I appreciate that and I will come here again

Online and store does not match

Christina helped us with a return and was extremely friendly and attentive. We had to return in smaller increments and she was patient and extremely helpful.

Associate advise very well

She was the store manager on duty that has a huge heart. She is always there to help no matter the request. I happen to work a lot of hours as a contractor and sometimes show up late close to the store, shutting the doors. She puts the customer first. Me…. She’s why I come back to this location. I’ve been meaning to write something for a while, and I always make excuses since I’m so busy but today in particular, I haven’t had a great day and just her consistency and making my needs feel important to her… blew me away. 5 stars all day

We went there to shop for a living room carpet and we did decide to get one. No one was around, but a gentleman who was offering solar panels actually went out of his way, and just lower it down for us! This Home Depot never disappointed me in anyway!

I was having some trouble locating items from an online ofter that were listed in store, and Kristian went Above and Beyond my expections to help me find the tools and batteries I was looking to purchase. The tools are great, but the customer service was Better! Thank you so much Kristian!

I HAD AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I was looking for help in installing my dishwasher plumbing. The nice woman in the plumbing department was fantastic, with assistance from another nice gentleman they advised a shark bite product and explained how to install it. They saved me so much time and money, I can’t thank them enough.

Great place as a clean and kind employees

Visited today for some fertilizer. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain the benefits of some fertilizers over others. Joy who worked the register was very friendly. Will go back to this Home Depot FOR SURE!!!

I sent my wife to pick up some brush on Rustoleum paint, but she couldn't locate it on her own. A very friendly Home Depot associate must have seen her looking around not finding what she was looking for. He approached her and asked if he could help her find anything. She explained what she needed, and he walked her over to the correct aisle and showed her the paint that I sent her to buy. He knew the product line and took the time to help a stranded shopper. Good job my man!

I bought wire holders to hold my phone and media wires in the car. Wasn't sure if they had something like that but one of the workers knew and brought me to the product

Wouldn't accept a Store credit for an item I purchased that my son returned for me. Same last name same address, but since his name not mine I must have stolen it.

It is your job to make sure every piece you pick up from the scrap wood area is sprayed.

Paint department is not interested in helping customers. They gave me the Wrong Paint. Total incompetence.

This is a small store but they have things no other Home Depot does! Lots of higher end items. Love the place and the staff! Worth a trip out from Boston!!!

1) The store looks like it was tossed in a storm: messy, dirty. 2) The employees have absolutely no interest in the customers, at all. Good luck trying to get any help. 3) Employees are all over the store, just hanging around, gossiping about their photos...

We had challenges with getting our Pro Account recognized two nights in a row, and both times Carl was there to step in and save the day. Great attitude, solution oriented, and got us the pricing we needed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this store and this team member!

I was looking for a particular exterior door I found what I was looking for with the help of an associate after an hour When I got up to cashier she pointed out a crease I hadnt noticed. It was the last door at that store but the cashier had someone call other locations to find the door & hold for me. I always get good service at HD

Every time I go to this Home Depot the employees are ready and willing to help, incredibly friendly and makes my trip more enjoyable!

Did a self checkout on 2 4ft flourescent bulbs. Didn't work so clerk came over and looked up item. She ended up ringing in 2 10-packs - overcharged by $60. As I had never purchased them before, I had no idea what they cost and display in store didn't indicate pricing for individual bulbs. Clerk had poor understanding of products & pricing. Only realized the problem once I returned one of the bulbs and they only refunded $30 - because receipt was wrong.
