Went in for flooring that was supposed to be in stock and it was not there. When I called customer service I was told I should have called the store first to check product availability before going in. Every time I’ve ever asked an associate at the store if they had something in stock they go online with their phone and tell me. When I spoke to the manager about it I got a half hearted apology. Very disappointing in Home Depot. ! I can no longer recommend this store.

The employees at the store are amazing. From Evan, in the paint department to Thayne in flooring and Christina at checkout, we were met with very knowledgeable and helpful employees. The store was clean and well organized as well.

my wife and I always go here to buy all home projects, all our appliances, stove,fridge, microwave and dishwasher, also our new entry/storm doors and now looking to update kitchen.

Great experience. Employees helped me out throughout my visit - from helping me load something onto my cart, to helping me find items, to helping me load my purchase into my van. Everyone was very friendly, the store had what I needed, and employees went "the extra mile" to assist me with my visit.

I have been a shopper at the Tilton store for many years and I am never disappointed and always impressed with the service and personalization.

I've been buying my 5 gal. water jugs from Home Depot for several years and have been satisfied with the fact the water was from a Vermont spring according to the label on the water jugs. Now it seems you have changed vendors for some reason and now the water is from Primos purified water with minerals added. Not as confident in a water company using purified water and adding additives as I was with spring water. Other wise I always have great satisfaction shopping at Home Depot.

I like the friendly employees and always feel they are willing to help find things whereas the other competitor doesn't.

Always a pleasant experience going to this store. It has the most helpful personal and is always stocked and clean.

For us, it's like going back to our old neighborhood hardware store. Yes, it's big box, but we've been shopping there since day 1 and find it very comforting and not stressful to shop there. Most everyone knows us on a first name basis. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices too.

I always like Shopping at the Tilton, Home Depot as it never seems too busy or too crowded. The staff is kind and friendly. They are also quick to help when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the Tilton NH store because a certain cashier, MIKE, is always friendly and helpful no matter what day or time I shop there which is 2 to 3 x a week. Excellent customer Service person as far as I am concerned.

The Tilton team are pleasant and knowledgeable. Now and then i can't find someone when i need them...that can be frustrating...but when i do, they usually go out of their way to help and be sure I'm satisfied.

Folks at this store are exceptional in customer service. I had special orders in windows and doors, kitchen design, and plumbing which all come together after several changes. Special attention to my order gave me significant discounts in prices, saving me thousands of dollars!
