APPERANCE AND COST VERY GOOD BUT LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT CRACK THAT WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE SHELF I PURCHSED THREE UNITS AND HOPE THEY DON'T CRACK SO EASILY IN THE FUTURE ALTHOUGH THIS CRACK WAS PROBABLY DONE BY TRUCKER OR DELIVERY TO HOME DEPOT STORE BUT IT WAS NOT NOTICED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE

No matter how many times I come into this Home Depot Store, I am impressed with the Cleanliness and orderly aisles. The Sales persons are wearing clean aprons all the time and each CS is always nice. I was looking at vinyl planking for my bedroom and within 2 minutes an employee asked if she could help me with something. She answered all my questions and was very helpful and said thank you for shopping at home depot have a nice day and if I had any further questions feel free to give us a call. I left there feeling stress free and completely satisfied with my visit to the Tom's River Home Depot. Great customer service!!

Frank the manager in Electrical went above and beyond helping me with a large electrical order for all the lights, outlets and electrical needed in my home renovation in Seaside Park. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I specifically go to this location because if Frank and his employees. Plus the store is well organized.

Staff is friendly the older guys are so helpful on any of the products . It seems every time you need help those guys have the knowledge to help you so thank you Returns should be easier then they are they need a driver license to return anything is not right ! I should not have to give my DL to any store for a return!!! The info that comes from me should be good enough !

I purchased a dishwasher. The one I wanted was out of stock. Mina quickly helped me find one that was comparable to what I originally wanted. She had me in and out very quickly, was very friendly (and listened to my husband babble on and on - with a smile on her face) She made that experience a great one! :)

I found a battery pack set on the clearance rack for $149.00. Took it to the cashier an she rang it up and it came up at $279 I believe. The cashier got the manager Bob who was not nice and was insinuating that I switched stickers on the product.. I did not appreciate the accusation . Bob would not give me the battery’s that were mis marked with that price .I’m a contractor that spends thousands of dollars in your stores and this is the way you treat your customers? If I treated my customers that way I would be out of business.. it’s not my fault that some employee made a mistake with the labeling of the product..

I find wherever I need for my jobs improvements

I believe your employees offer a kind of family environment throughout the store. They are very entertaining at times.

Overall my experience was great!

I like the store, the atmosphere is busy, I like that. Employees are courteous and always helpful. I have no trouble finding anything I need and they always have plenty, shelves are always full.

I bought the Starter Fertilizer 9/16/23 - Product was found to be like a damp powder and not able to be used in Scotts Spreader.

I know nothing about selecting paint. I found Irv in the paint department to be extremely helpful. He went through all of the products with me and helped the best paint for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and turned a possible frustrating experience into a very positive one.

I arranged to have some long Azek deck materials delivered as they wouldn't fit in my vehicle. The pieces that some store employee chose to pick out for my order were scratched, marred and unusable. Really Home Depot??

For the most part, this store has some of the products I was looking for. One problem is that many construction materials are made in China and I consider China made products inferior to USA made products.

The people know what you need for your project
