Being that I live close, I frequent this store often. The staff are nice and willing to assist. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location.

I purchased everything for my bathroom remodel, Including tub, toilet, hardware, flooring, shower tile, & more. I saved money on every single item I purchased. I had just left another Home Depot location, where they never acknowledged I was there. They don't want us writing about customer service, but The Excellent customer service at the Parkville location was the reason why I did purchase everything. If they hadn't taken the time to explain everything as well as show such caring and kindness, I would have went else where.. I never purchase anything from anyone, if I can't at least get a Hello from a employee. Some company's and owners of co's actually care about that. Please shop at this location. they are Great!

This Home Depot believes in Customer Service ! Most Employees will take the time to assist Customers with their needs: take you to a product, explain how it works, order if out of stock, etc.

I was totally satisfied with my visit.

The hardware aisle has been improved 1000%. All items were in stock and in their correct locations. Salespeople were great and knowledgeable.

Consistently a great shopping experience. Even during height of Pandemic, most items in stock. Open till 10PM most days which can be a godsend.

Customer service is nonexistent at this store. There were about 10 employees behind the service desk sitting and standing talking amongst each other whole the customers are standing in line. I would not recommend anyone spend their money here. Half of the plants in the garden area were withered and dying. There was no one at the cash registers so I asked a manager for help and she said only the self check out ways open ..she didn’t gave enough employees but funny how there were 10 employees standing at the service counter doing nothing but talking.

This location is a well run store and well kept. Employees that I encountered and asked questions knew their area of the store and could direct you to what you needed!

I had a return to make and was anxiously helped by not only one but 2 friendly associates.Both Dee and Lavae were extremely helpful and even though a small return they make is very quick and simple. Great customer service Dee and Lavae. I will definitely be back... Thank you

The propane exchange has been broken for years, today it the guy 20 minutes to get me a refill out of the machine. If I had known that I would have gone someplace else

I bought a lawn mower that I have been searching for, everywhere. It was an all-wheel drive, electric mower. Not only did the Joppa Road Home Depot have them; they were well stocked. They were available on the floor and they were easy to take out and load. I saved a nice amount with my military discount.

Went to look for patio furniture and left buying a new refrigerator and washer/dryer combo... Brian was awesome and patient with us and provided great customer service. Home Depot is definitely my go to for all of my appliance needs!

This is by far the best Home Depot store I have visited. I pass three Home Depot stores to visit this one. The Parville, Dundalk and Reisterstown Rd stores. The Pro Desk is excellent, as well as MS. Danna in Flooring and Damara in Appliances

Made my trip to Home Depot flawless

After workers watched us load lumber on to our cart and set it aside to go gather other materials they decided to put it back on the racks. We were not even away from the cart for more than 30 mins.

I live on the other side of town and came all the way to this Home Depot for Dyimara in appliance!! She made my shopping experience the absolute BEST from the very first conversation. After a couple weeks of thinking, I finally made up my mind. I attempted the Reistertown store just because I was near there, BIG MISTAKE. So I really appreciated working with Dyimara and finding my perfect appliances. Thank you soo much
