Jim in hardware was outstanding and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I need to complete my project.

Typical Home Depot store , clean and well stocked . Unfortunately I had to deal with the same employee 2 trips in a row at customer service desk . Cantankerous older gentlemen who is generally unpleasant to talk to or do business with . I made a significant purchase over $2500. and it truly shouldn't be an unpleasant experience when spending that kind of money in the store that supports his livelihood .

STaff are usually friendly and helpful. Home depot usually carries the product Im looking for.

The young man in the tool department was extremely knowledgeable of various tools and accessories and the ability to accomplish my task. He helped me from start to completion of my purchase.

I took the survey, because the lady that checked me out said that she got something if we filled out the survey. I think good employees should be rewarded. I appreciated her and her kindness.

Excellent inventory, fair pricing and excellent customer service! Shout out to Aliya our cashier who went above and beyond to make our trip a very expedient and pleasant one!

Staff immediately greeted us on Entry. You have the opportunity to sanitizer upon entry. All of the staff were very knowledgeable of the products that they offer and we're very quick to help us find that wish we could not find on our own. Excellent shopping experience every time we go which lately the last year is about twice weekly. Not one bad experience to date.

I was helped by Marc who works in lumber and knows the products and save me $148 by directing me to a different product. check out was fast and freindly.

The Traverse City Home Depot is putting the health of its employees and community at risk by not enforcing the mask mandate in place as per MDHHS directive. This disregard for public health is shameful.

I was looking for a special light, I could not find the Qty. I needed. I checked On-Line at Traverse City, Home Depot. I phoned them, and was greeted with a young lady, called Sam. She was sweet & extremely helpful, Sam is an asset to your store.

Store aisles are packed full of orders in the lumber area, can’t reach the product you need without moving many carts. All the carts for large items are used up on those orders, so if your looking for them to use don’t waste your time. The product stocked, is a complete mess, especially in lumber and siding areas. Forced to choose from least damaged product.

The gentlemen we were working with was very kind. I was shocked by the price increase of the lumber.

they need to open more checkouts for cash payments.

The staff of the Home Depot Paint Dept in TC are wonderful! We were having problems matching old deck stain. They went over and above to make sure we had the perfect match, even though the manufacturer had changed the color. Thanks for your patience and super knowledge!!

I had an awful experience with carpet install. I came back for a second time very reluctantly for engineered hardwood flooring and the process is starting out very rocky. The Assistant store Mgr Vicki told me a Kevin was going to call me the next day to go over the order and make sure it’s perfect but he didn’t call and that was over a week ago which is longer than the cancellation policy but I have no idea that the order is correct because Kevin never called like I was promised from Vicki so at this point I don’t know if I have an order placed or not?

Great shopping experience, staff are always very helpful and greet you with a smile. Products are easy to locate.

I stood around for 20 minutes waiting to be helped and not one person bothered to help me. This is the first time this has happened. All my other visits were great however, I left very upset and will probably not be returning when we have other stores I can go to.

Monica in the kitchen design area, was absolutely wonderful... she was helpful, yet aloud you to decide what would work for you...

It SUCKS!! dirty, messy , carts full of junk in the aisle. They think they are great. I will never return.
