The store is great! There are so many workers who are eager to help! They have so many workers that are very knowledgeable and all of the areas and anyone can direct you on who you need to talk to if they may not know about that specific area overall, we will from now on the using the Home Depot!

Home Depot's outsourced installation and delivery vendors are monumentally and consistently horrendous!!! My husband and I purchased a hot water heater on Dec 31, 2022. And in spite of the "installation within 24-hours" signage throughout the store our install was scheduled to Jan 12, 2023 and then rescheduled to Jan 18, 2023 without any explanation!

Anyone who lives in the area knows about the smoke from the dump fire. I went in to buy an air purifier and the associate was very helpful and even recommended one that was cheaper because he had it at home.

Well stocked selection of products. A very pleasant shopping experience. I will use this HDlocation in the future.

Being a 30 plus year Big Box Store Manager I have to stop and give a hats off to My Home Depot in Trussville Alabama. This team has it going on for the Holidays Season 2022. Just when everyone is out of stock , has no associates to help you or has raised the prices out the roof our Home Depot has allowed this to happen. From the time you drive up on the lot you will find a clean parking lot with a neat side walk inviting you into the store. Next upon entering you see the Season of the Holidays in bright array . Our Trussiville location lets you know Home Depot is not only a Home Good store but also a place to meet you seasonal buying needs. From Christimas Trees to Talking Grinches . The team here hasnt let the extra work of preparing for the Holidays take away from their basics either. The counters are neat , clean , organized and stocked. When their competitors are just the opposite claiming it is due to staffing issues this team has been able to pull together a pretty good staff of associates and managers. From the customer outside looking in we just want to say thank you for letting us know thing are still going to be ok. Thank you for you friendly customer service and your drive to make things happen. Keep up the good work . It does not go unnoticed.

The associate Denzel made my shopping for bathroom products a breeze! His attitude was exceptional, especially in this climate! He was asked by another associate to assist me and he didn’t hesitate! What I truly valued most, was his smile, he was happy to help me!! And when I checked out María was the ice cream on my cake!!! Thank you Home Depot for a great shopping experience!!!

The amount of kind and helpful associates that was encountered in just one shopping trip was a breath of fresh air. Thr store was nice and organized, and the people were really great.

I walked in Home Depot and was greeted by "Flame". Flame helped me with my return and my exchange. I also had to pick up an item and Flame helped me with that also then she help load the item in my car. This is what I call great customer service. Thanks Flame!!!

I will know say which local competitor I was in recently but I will say you blow the doors off them in all areas. 1.) Customer Service- You are staffed and ready to help the Customer 2.) Ownership- You take ownership of you store and make the Customer feel welcomed as a quest in your home. 3.) Instock - Your counters are full , priced and ready for the Customer to get what they came for. 4.) Standards- Your store is clean, neat and clutter free allowing the Customer to shop with easy. Not having to drive around pallets of freight or shopping carts of returns. 5.) Fast Checkouts- You have both self checkouts as well as cashiers standing at what I call the Red Line waiting for Customers to checkout. Customers at your store do not have to hunt a cashiers down as at the competitor.

WONDERFUL HOME DEPOT!! Trussville, Alabama Komi (FINE Black Man) not sure his department but you’ll know when you see him! Tawanda (customer service) Tiarra ( dept supervisor) summer & shaniya (garden associates) Shea ( wonderful assistant manager) Alll of these people were so wonderful and you will be lucky if they are there when you are shopping so helpful and made my shopping experience great! These people make trussville Home Depot AMAZING!!! Home Depot is so lucky to have these amazing people working for them!!

I came in on 3/7/2022 at around 1:30pm-1:45pm. I explained to the young lady Keya that my purchase didn’t come with the parts that’s supposed to be in the box. She was very sarcastic and said “well maybe it wasn’t supposed to come with it”. I explained the other one I purchased did. I want to do a replacement because it was on sale. She printed out a receipt and said “the money will be back on your card go get it and go to a cashier. They can deal with it”. I went and got the product and came back to Kenya. As she rolled her eyes at me and had a very bad attitude. She rang it up. I explained again I bought it on sale and that’s why I wanted to do a swap. She said something under her breath rolling her eyes. As I left I told her I was contacting a manager. She said she didn’t care.

Jo and Jane were outstanding in helping me today. They helped me find my products and helped me load them with the biggest smiles. It absolutely made my day!

The Trussville Store is a great example of what all Home Depot stores should be! Management is the key to the success of every store and Trussville clearly shows that! The store is very clean, customer friendly, and welcoming due to the awesome leaders.
