The Tucker location is convenient to enter and exit onto major highways. However- the Gardening registers need to BOTH BE WORKING. Yesterday I was #9 in line- only 1 register and 5 people behind me. NOT EVEN THE WEEKEND.......

Some of the People are Not Friendly or Helpful at all compared to other Home Depot Stores

Fantastic help in Flooring Department by Lou. He packaged up my tiles for me, counted them, and boxed them and taped them up. Then wrote on the box the correct SKU and quantity, so cashier (Wanda) could help me check out! Great Home Depot. Tiles I needed were in stock, Lou found them for me, and took them to the Flooring Desk for me. Wanda was great on checkout, very nice and smiling, with a big Thank You!

I needed a toilet. Both DeKalb County and Gwinnett County are contiguous to this store. And both counties offer a $100 rebate if you buy a 1.1 Gallon Per Flush (GPF) toilet but only a $50 rebate if you buy a 1.28 GPF toilet. Home Depot had plenty of toilets but all were 1.28 GPF. There was no employees in the dept and when I tried to get help every employee told me that they didn't know anything about toilets. I'm 79 years old and had a heck of a time lifting the toilet. First HD cheats me out of $50, then they tweak my back from lifting a very heavy product. I'm NOT very happy with them.

A prior visit was not very good. I thought I left my jacket in the rest room the day before. When I ask if it was turn in the employees attitude was not kind and I was told I should be mindful not to leave my things.

The Sales Lady (ie.,JMR2G6Y), is a very conscientious and a highly courteous and helpful employee of Home Depot. She is definitely a credit to your Company.

I visited the store on 11/11/20 to return an item, the cashier Marie Johnson completed my return and even waited couple of min for me to pick u few plants. She and the manager provided excellent customer service, both really friendly and nice making my experience very pleasant.

I love this home depot, friendly, kind and very helpful.

The store is constantly blocking isles to re stock during busy hours. Store team members, and management will walk past you struggling to load a cart with heavy or bulky items and do not stop and ask if you need assistance. Always seems to only have one register open.

Worst customer service experience ever website said they had 55 of the item I wanted and went to store 30 minutes later and the staff had no clue how to locate the product even though I used the product location text link to have it text to my phone I showed the staff and they still had no clue, they sent me to customer service and they had no clue. they had me purchase item and someone was to retrieve from the back and over 40 minutes later it could not be found and the associate blamed me for purchasing item without having it in my hand. asked for manager and they were very indifferent and offered no apologies. finally after showing the website said they had 55 of the product I wanted he went to the back and less than 5 minutes he had product in hand I need your store to train your associates a lot better

This is my go to store. However, I needed some lighting for a kitchen remodel and parts for a cabinet I am building. Wound up at the Tilly Mill store. Wow, beautiful lighting display. Lots of employees to help. Bought 2 lights and cabinet stuff. May have to change go to stores.

4 employees just walked away from me telling me to "have someone else do it" "Calvern" actually stopped told 3 they could have helped then cut board for me. "Shamar" at register actually checked me out with sku # woman there said "have him do it" and walked off. 4 people would no longer work there if I was manager

I found my experience to be pleasant, everything I shopped for was available.

I just love this Home Depot because each Department I was in and needed help the employees helped. However, if they did not know they made sure they found someone to help me. The store was clean each time I have been there. I have ordered a door and the excellent service I got from Everett was above and beyond. Couldn't ask for better service and this gentleman helped me more than once on different days and he was the same each time. He was patience and kind. It is hard to find great service these day. Thank you.

Tucker Home Depot is helpful if you are shipped something wrong. My husband and I are over 70 so we order online. Most of the time the orders arrive correct but if they don't Johnny at the Tucker store will quickly make it right. He has even delivered the correct product to our house on his own time. Other Home Depot stores expect you to bring back the wrong product for exchange even though you paid for delivery. We now always shop and Tucker because of the great service Johnny provides.

I purchased a 12 year warranty water heater from this location. Bianca at the service desk was very helpful. She explained how my plumber to could pick up the water heater if I add him as a will call on my order number. Home Depot uses Bynum & Sons Plumbing to my house to install the water heater. They wore mask the entire time they was in my home. Walsre Sanchez was the Plumber who did an excellent job. He left my area where the water heater was install very clean. No water was spilled when draining my old water heater. Everything went perfect. Thank again Home Depot for a wonderful experience.
