I was at Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon trying to pickup supplies for Monday. The employees that were working were very helpful and friendly. Everyone I passed asked if they could help and when called to help, they were there. I am happy with some of the employee changes they have made at Home Depot It really shows for customer service. I have also found the Tulare Home Depot very Clean and well stocked. I will be shopping there in the future for sure!

I've been going to this Home Depot since it was built. I've always had a great experience finding what I need or with special orders. From remodeling to weekend projects. I always look for "Leon" he's absolutely the best associate. Besides taking the time to really help me out he knows a lot about just about anything you need help with.

Bad Customerservice

Sheri, Chris and Daisy are the best!!! Having been to many Home Depot stores all over, this store is by far the best. Knowledge, responsive service and great personalities make the experience great and special....and this comes from a 30 year contractor.

The friendly and helpful staff makes shopping at Home Depot much faster and easier then other gardening stores I've been to today, and the selections they offered were much better price wise and availability.

The customer service not too good

On my visit this day @home depot the workers were so friendly and helpful! My favorite part was checking out and receiving a free item! The cashier at the store is one of my favorite people's because she has always been so helpful and friendly!

Please let it be known that I have known Home Depot (store no. 6946 Tulare, Ca.) employee Danny Tallon for the past year and I have never had one issue with him or complaints. Danny is a hard working individual who always performs his work to the best of his ability as well as “super” friendly. Besides hard working and professional, he is very courteous and prompt and will push the limits and beyond to please his customers. In today’s world, it is very rare to get such excellent customer service such as Danny. I am always honored to have him there in the store when I shop. Not only do the customers like him, I hear nothing but “good” about him from the other Home Depot employees. I am truly blessed to know Danny not just because of his excellent work ethics, but his mannerisms as well. He truly has God’s gift of kindness, that’s what I admire about him! I served in the U.S. Army for 13 years and have 100% Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from serving in Baghdad. Because of this sickness I am always stressed 24/7 and uncomfortable around “people” or just the general public. When I run errands my last stop is usually Home Depot. And I always make sure Danny is there to assist me and will sometimes need assistance to my vehicle. I always depart from Home Depot PTSD and stress-free after Danny has given me assistance loading my truck professionally and I leave very happy feeling great, knowing everything will be O.K. for that short while...and I’m a very jumpy and stressed person! No, I am not giving brownie points or brown-nosing for Danny, I’m just writing to let you know you have an excellent employee in Danny and all detail I wrote is “fact”! I wish all employees in any business were like him. The world would be a nicer place! In Laymen’s terms...If Danny were in a foxhole with me during war, I know he would have my back. That’s how much I can depend on him! That’s what friends do. I wish Danny Tallon all the best of luck in his future...he deserves it! God bless and have a wonderful day! We are doing a home remodel and have been going to this home depot for the last 3 years. There has not been a time that we have not had EXCELLENT customer service. We recently went to Lowes in Visalia and were there for approx. 40 min not one person asked if we needed help in fact the person in the department we were shopping in kept disappearing and was literally hiding from us. I LOVE THIS HOME DEPOT STORE

Always, always, always great customer service. Help is easy to find or they find you. I can always find what I'm looking for.
