Associate in appliances was very disrespectful

Store is fine—problem is with Home Depot’s new max refund policy. I paid $499 for an AC unit and brought it back unopened 18 days later. They only refunded me $449. How is this justified? Home Depot: I’d like an answer please before I move my business to other stores.

My husband and I have been building a new home. We have shopped this store very much. We would love to let you know how great two associates at this store. They are very knowledgeable, very very helpful and extremely kind.

The most helpful employees than any other big box store around.

All of the associates have always been very helpful. I like to go in Home Depot and spend time looking at new ideas regarding building materials. I have always noticed that the store associates are usually very seasoned people that tend to know about different products, have usually retired from working years in plumbing etc and are willing to make good suggestions and explain what you will need for your project.

When I first walked in the employee told me exactly which aisle the item was on and Kamiava was so nice while checking me out.

The salesman at floor dept was so nice and friendly and helped us so much! My flooring had best price and the quality was over the top great! I love it so much .

Appliance Specialist, Christina Fair, is excellent. She can answer just about any appliance question you never thought to ask. Best Customer Service, most friendly and helpful employees consistently.

This is the best home improvement store in north Mississippi! The best customer service and always someone looking to help in anyway they can! They carry way better quality materials and products.

Thanks again for an excellent visit to the store. I always receive an associate who will try and help me complete my list. It keeps me from wandering around and having to look at all the aisles signage or searching my phone for a location of an item. The greeters and floor associate usually ask me what I am looking for on my visit.

This store consistently performs. Easy to navigate with significant help on the times I visit when I need it. I love the ability to check on the app for the item I need and go right to the shelf to get it. The store was clean and the associates friendly. The core team is recognizable but even the new seasonal help keeps the overall experience positive. I use them for all projects and repairs. I've re-carpeted the house, painted the entire house, new appliances and much more through this store. Always a great experience even with the subs I've had.

Not really a store review but would like to recognize a lady name Paige she greeted us with a big smile and welcome when we came in the door, we did our shopping and walked to register and she checked us out wished us good day. Nice to have employee be so friendly and nice.

The store is extremely clean and all of the employees are kind. They speak to everyone and make sure that you find what you need. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who lives near Tupelo.
