Great workshop Christie was great

My family was getting ready to go and grill some fish. We then realized we needed some grill baskets. Upon arrival we realized there was none on the shelf. My husband was able to find 2 associates to assist us: Ricardo and Oscar. Ricardo immediately led us to the grill aisle and realized there was no home for this product. He then utilized his mobile device to try and find the product Sku #. Ricardo identified this product as a NO HOME and realized that by noticing it was a new product and no sales had been done recently. I was very impressed on how he utilized all his resources to figure out where the item was. He found the product on the over head on the next aisle. We were very happy and satisfied with his customer service. Thank you Home Depot for proving excellent employees that are willing to assist your every day customers. We will now go home and grill our fish. THANK YOU RICARDO!

The store is much cleaner than in the past. The self-checkout kiosk is very good.

the times i have visited this store its been great, always have parking available, always have good functioning carts, the customer service is great the staff will acknowledge me and direct me to where i need to go.. the product variety is good although there is some couple items that have been out of stock (in the plumbing department) but over all great customer service, organized, great variety, good pace check out, ... thanks, good job home depot crew

I am in the process of changing from two garage doors into one. I had a representative come to my home after I made the purchase for the door over the phone with another employee, who admittedly was not that familiar with garage doors. The representative was very professional, steered me in the right direction as far as the quality of door and made me feel a part of the process with out me feeling overwhelmed. As a female, I was glad to get someone who made me a part of the process! Cheers to Home Depot, I know you sometimes get a bad rap, but I’m extremely happy with the service I have received thus far.

My cashier I believe her name is Julia has been kind and considerate each and every time I purchase my materials along with many other cashiers that have put a smile on my face after purchasing material quick wit, sense of humor And that friendly smile and thank you when leaving makes Home Depot shopping a pleasure thank you

Store was clean but I did have to look for help and had to ask for help.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This store is aways a mess with nothing organized on the shelves, multiple out of stock items and constant chaos with forklifts moving pallets, closed off isles and just general clutter in the main aisles. Was also not pleased with the help of the flooring department during an in store order or the fact that it takes 2 weeks to order in flooring to the store because they have 0 in stock.

Debra in Garden was very helpful and friendly. Also the two fellows who cut my cherrytone landscape timbers in half we're friendly and nice, but I don't remember their names. I promptly found what I needed and staff to help with my purchases. Thanks Home Depot !

I DECIDED TO GO TO HOME DEPOT TO BUY A BBQER FOR MY HUSBAND, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I PURCHASED ONLINE WAS NOTIFIED TO PICK UP THE BBQ , WHEN I DID I COULD TELL RIGHT AWAY THIS WAS NOT A NEW ASSEMBLED PRODUCT , IT WAS RUSTY, WATER SPOTS, DOOR BROKEN , TRAY OFF TRACK AND WOULD NOT GO BACK ON, MY PROBLEM IS WHY WOULD THE STORE EVEN THINK SOMEONE WOULD BE STUPID ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT WAS NOT A NEW ASSEMBLED PRODUCT, WHEN I ASKED THE ASSOCIATE AS TO WHY I WAS EVEN GETTING THIS PRODUCT HE ANSWERED " BECAUSE ONLY 1 IN STOCK AND MY MANAGER OKAYED IT " WELL IM THE ONE BUYING IT AND IT SNOT OK??????? I WAS THERE 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE ISSUED RESOLVED , I FINALLY HAD TO ORDER ONE FROM CERES STORE AND HAVE IT DELIVERED , THERE WAS 26 IN STOCK THERE , SO TELL ME WHY ONCE AGAIN CERES DELIVERED A DISPLAY ONE, AND DOING SO AFTER I HAD ALL THIS TROUBLE AT THE TURLOCK STORE . I WILL NEVER GO TO HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!!!

The employees in the pro department are exceptional. They are always friendly and go out of there way to help in any way they can.

Penny is the highlight of checking out in this store, but the store manager is a joke.

Pro Desk and the employees by the Pro side really know what they are doing and make sure you're leaving with a smile.

This Home Depot has a lot of pride in how well they treat their customers.

This is a decent store if you know where what you're looking for is located. You can ask employees for help but they will tell you what aisle its on and leave you alone. And rarely are they correct.

Store were cleaned and organized ,personal were vefy Friendly . Material were in stock easy to get what I needed

I have previously shopped Ceres,Modesto,Ca. Ontario, Or & Turlock. Turlock is the best in all respects with Ontario coming in second.
