Thanks for giving me the best experience I had with Home Depot! I really appreciate the guy’s in the pumper area! They knew what I needed and they made sure I got the correct size and product I really appreciate them being professional and kindly.

I am glad the staff at this location was helpful and kind when I needed help finding my items in the store! I will return to this location again. Keep up the Great work staff!

I don't get the oppurtunity to shop this store as often as I would like due to distance. When I come here I am always greeted with a smile and people are very friendly and helpful.

I shop at this Home Depot quite often. It’s convenient and close to my home. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance.

I had a problem with an online paint order that online customer service was not able to execute help in ample time so I had to go to our local store. Alayzia in customer service was absolutely amazing in making things right. I didn’t get the young man’s name in the paint department but he also went above and beyond to fix what he didn’t even mess up. I’m so thankful for these young people going above and beyond to help correct something that they didn’t even mess up.

If you donot like being in the Customer Service Industry i would say find another Job.

After watching several Home Depot home repair and improvement videos, I took my list of items to the Tuscaloosa store and a worker helped me find everything snd answered all my questions. I am a widow but not ashamed to admit that I often need help with basic home repairs/ maintenance knowledge and lawn and gardening work. My husband served in the military for more than two decades; the discount that I get at Home Depot helps me tremendously snd learning to improve my home and maintain it for my daughters snd granddaughter means the world yo me.

I buy all kinds of stuff here, A/C units, to power tools, to DIY items and supply. I've relied on Home Depot stores in many states across the USA, the Tuscaloosa store is a shining example of what you can expect from a Home Deport store.

I'm always going to have someone help me at Home Depot. These employees are going to make sure that you find what you need!

Each department had an employee ready to help if needed.

I bought an item, or that was my intent. The main part was missing from the box. I turned around and rode back 20 miles only to be told by the customer representative that she didn’t care about anything but the receipt. All of this after I had wandered around the store almost thirty minutes moving from sales clerk to sales clerk just to find the item. I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Had large selection of healthy plants and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you Kelvin for your help.

If you want to shop in a store that has actual humans to help you - shop at this Home Depot . And if you want to leave feeling valued , find Kelvin . Really fine associate! My hero on this long, stressful day.

I didn’t get their names, however, 3 nice ladies helped my husband and I in a great purchase of a dish washer.

Always have what I need

I purchased a refrigerator and range for my kitchen Bob the associate was very helpful in explaining the differences in the refrigerators. I could not find a range that I wanted on display Bob reviewed what was available online. He was very attentive in helping me find what I wanted in the price range.

I have shopped at this store for years and have never had a serious problem. I wish we had one in Northport.

Pleasant experience from front to the back of store. Everyone was cordial and friendly. I was assisted, asked how I was doing, and thanked by what I believe is the store manager as she was speaking to all the staff earlier that day. Safety was also practiced with the heavy equipment being guided, to the woman assigned to the outside nursery area's register was also pleasant on what I can only describe as hot humid day. Thank you, it's nice to feel appreciated. 5 out of 5 Roll Tide Roll
