Friendly cashiers and customer service. I saved $25.00 on my purchase because they asked me if I was interested in getting a Home Depot card that I wasn't even aware of. I got some beautiful pots for my indoor plants, that I also bought there.

I love our Twin Falls Home Depot. I also love the friendly man that greets customers and can help you find anything you are looking for.

The assistants were very helpful and friendly. The store is in good shape and well labeled.

They have everything I need at site and their prices are amazing not to mention the customer service.

This Home Depot store in Twin Falls always has what we need. It's very easy to find everything and an associate is always close by for assistance. We find their prices very reasonable. Home Depot is our go to place for all of our DIY home projects.

This store is a great place to shop, there are employees around to ask if I have a question. The employees are friendly and helpful, I really appreciate them. I was able to find everything on my list and I could finish my chore in a reasonable amount of time.

The Twin Falls Home Depot is my favorite store to shop when I am here in Idaho. The employees are always so helpful, friendly and willing to answer your questions. If they are not sure of the answer, they check on it for me. I pretty much know where products are as aisles are clearly marked. I enjoy looking for new ideas and improvements for my home here in Idaho. It's the only home improvement store that I trust and love both here in Idaho and in Hawaii. Home Depot is the best! Thank you HD employees for always being friendly, helpful and caring.

To anybody going shopping at the Twin Falls Home Depot. Looking for a great Home Depot experience, you need to go through the lumber cashout area and meet Jamie the cashier. If your feeling down or just need to meet someone at the store who will make your experience feel great and make you feel good about spending money. Jamie is the one who stands out above others and always has a great attitude and smile. She is a great person and a real asset to the Home Depot in my opinion. Keep making people feel good Jamie you are the kind of person everyone likes.

One thing that is special about the Twin Falls store is Chris in the paint department he’s very knowledgeable and a good people person, great customer service, I only buy my paint from Chris, I don’t even like going to the “paint stores“, there is no comparison - Chris is the man !

Self check out is being forced on customers. You are forced to do their job for zero pay and no discount, reducing the job opportunities for others while lining the company pockets.

I looked for a nice shower door and did not find any displays or bidets . The cashier lady was talkitive and sweet her name is Cinda but a few girls at the customer service desk are rolling there; eyes and dont like me to let them know that I need to make sure Im recieving my coupon or double checking that I had been rang up correctly when I had purshased my storaage shed for 985.00 and recieved 20 percent off coupon and for the roofing and other materials the girl rang it up seperate. I appreciate my home Depot credit card and the store I just hope the employees are better qualified in the future

My wife and I shop her frequently, We're starting to do some DIY home improvements and shopping here makes it easy. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. Some of these guys have been there for years! We have always loved shopping at this location and will continue to do so for years to come.

The Home Depot is a friendly store, sure like other places there are more friendly associates than others, however for the most part, employees are helpful and friendly. Management is very good, they go out of there way to help both customers and employees when busy. If you have issues talk with the employees, don’t treat them like you are better, they are all human. Mistakes happen, mistakes are fixed faster when you give the employees a break and allow them to do their job. If you need assistance, remember all employees wear an orange apron, just ask, but also have patience as sometimes they are the only one, but majority are helpful.

I purchased an in-stock washer at 1 pm on a Sunday and explicitly stated that I would promptly return at 4 pm to pick it up. The staff in charge of picking it from inventory dropped the ball and did not have it ready when promised. The sales associate that sold us the washer did his job perfectly. Unfortunately, someone else botched it.

Steve Nacca in the appliance department is extremely knowledgeable with each and every appliance/brand. He is friendly, and gives you his opinion without being pushy. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who would like an easy and enjoyable experience when buying appliances.

Very clean store....the checker was awesome.....this was my first experience in like 5 or 6 yrs so ifelt alittle lost in there.....I will say this...the brooms and cleaning tools and plungers should be with the cleaning supplys….makes more sense....that's it

At The Home Depot I was able to find products I was looking for quickly, and when I needed assistance to find other products, the staff was readily available, and much more friendly than those of another local home improvement store. When I need home improvement supplies, I only shop at The Home Depot.
