Today’s visit to Home Depot was made a success due to an employee, Renita. She was friendly and professional.

As long as you know Spanish, then OK! My cashier didn't know English, so when I had a question, she just pointed at the computer screen on the total!

The parking lot is full of trash everywhere ...."Some " staff stand around inside talking about non store related issues ,, hence wasting time while on the clock ..

Great experience is because of Paint dept rep name Truth. He was so courteous and attentive to detail even though my old Deck Over paint label had something different than the system generated label his great problem solving abilities saved me from having to go elsewhere. He was so polite with all the customers even though there was a line people didn't mine waiting because you could see he cared about helping you & knows his job. Great customer service!

Was disrespected by cashier who took my items and left and went to talk to her friend at another register about personal talk until he checked out and left then bought my items back and checked me out. Nobody should be treated that way.

Some tools are locked with combination locks and store employees apparently don't have the correct code to unlock.

Store and staff are great. They are always very helpful when I need assistance. Always well stocked. Store always clean and not junky. Much better than Oxon Hill store. The delivery company folks are despicable, rude and come with an attitude.

The store was not crowded and it appears all employees were following safe COVID-19 protocol. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the time that I had to wait to be assisted. Fortunately, once a willing employee came to assist, he went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. More employees need to take more initiative to assist customers which would save time on all fronts. This may be an opportunity to begin cross-training staff. I will continue to visit this location. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were running low on supply for a lot of things but I think that seems to be the norm everywhere I shop lately. Staff was willing to help search the store and found the last box of the stuff I needed.

Was in the store in the middle of the day. There were a lot of employees present in the store. In fact, several of them were just congregated at the entrance making it hard for customers to get through the doors. Unfortunately, there was only one employee capable of working in the lawnmower section. It took an hour to get a box that was on the shelf because no one else seemed to be competent or capable in providing assistance. What should have taken me 5-minutes took more than an hour to get in and out of the store. Will try a different store next time I shop.

Simply a great store with knowledgeable and friendly employees who willing take their time to help their customers.

Very poor customer service.

I got next-level customer service at this store from Anaya, as well as Kenny and Dominique, and on a rainy icky day, no less. I was super impressed with how they took care of my specific needs, and even anticipated what I would need, so they could solve the problem ahead of time. Wow!

The Home Depot in UPPER MARLBORO Store #8550 is my favorite. The store is always stocked and the merchandise is always organized. The store is also very clean and the sales associates and cashiers are very courteous and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile (even when the store is busy).

Jeffrey from the paint department was very helpful! He helped me locate my paint when it was not longer at the register because I had to run back home to retrieve my bank card. He's awesome!

Went to purchase a 4oz PB Blaster oil, which according to the web site there were multiple. Went to the location according to web site and was nothing there, did find others in a different location. At first I was unable to find a employee but I believe I ran in to the manager and asked him for help. Showed him what I was looking for and knew exactly where to go and was were I had already been, explained to him where the web site said it was and looked there and couldn't find it. He in listed the help of an other employee and the were still unable to find the correct one, but they ended up giving me a larger can at the lower price due to being unable to locate what I wanted.
