The store employees here go above and beyond for customer service! We needed to return a large-item order and wanted to rent a truck. However, the system was down and would not allow credit card payments and so we were unable to rent the truck. Staff (Hamson & Ethan) were extremely helpful but unable to get the card payments to go through. The manager, Anthony S., said he would come to the house with one of the trucks and pick up the order. We returned to the house, and Anthony soon arrived with the truck and we were able to follow him back to the store to complete our return. Now, THAT'S service!!

This smaller Home Depot just about fills all my need, and prompt courteous service. Going here for many yearas and have become friends with many of the employee's. A small toen type of store.

Awesome service level. I would like to specially thank Mr. Tashi L. Moore for his wonderful level of service. Last time I was looking for a couple of metric screws to secure my baby daugther's bike safety seat and he made sure I left the store totally satisfied. Definitely went the extra mile.

Consistently a welcoming experience! The Home Depot in Garwood was designed to be a smaller local Home Depot store. I find it manageable and welcoming to be able to find what I need, with a sense of welcome from the staff. I find other hardware stores are huge and overwhelming as a consumer. I am not a professional builder or landscaper, so I like that this store is designed for the typical suburban parent to get the things they need for their yard or home. I have shopped at this store since it opened and will continue!

Danielle is a terrible manager and employees have not been wearing their masks. Manager has been complacent in enforcing the mandated PPE executive order exposing shoppers and customer's to very grave health risks. I recommend shopping at another Home Depot.

For a "big box store", the Garwood Home Depot maintains more of a small local shop. The associates go out of their way to stop what their doing and offer assistance when asked. They actually look you in the eye!

This is my favorite store of any kind. I can always find what I'm looking for, if they don't have it, they order it for me and everyone is super helpful. I usually walk in looking for one particular item and leave with a half dozen things that I didn't realize I needed. Love, love, love the garden center.

I made the purchase on May 6 and cashier reminded me to fill out the survey for chance to win gift certificate. I went on-line and did the survey and entered but then when I looked at the rules it said sweepstakes ended May 3. Seems silly to still ask people to enter if it's already over.
