My husband and I are retired and are doing some "DO it yourself " projects. We need all the help and advice we can get !Nathan and Ethan in the paint department walk us through every step..and answer out crazy questions. Nathan is a pro. Ethan is young and eager to help ! He has really learned to listen and explain things. He has such respectful manners. I am a life time Villa Rican. Our Home Depot is the best !

I love this store. No matter what I go in for they always help me find things if needed and the store is always clean and neat.

each time i buy pine straw it is at best half useable, this time in early December when pine straw should be at its best was the worst rotting stuff i have ever seen.

Great service from the moment I stepped into the store and until I made my purchase, from all staff. Terry (lumber) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. These employees are busy in a fast paced environment, so for them to take the time to ask if I need assistance and actually help me, shows their dedication. This store is clean and I felt safe there. Love the decorations too!

Bought new kitchen appliances from Willie. He was awesome…very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Very good store overall too.

Great place to get needed supplies and most convenient. Never had a bad interaction with any employees. Only negative I've found is not having an item in stock that their website claimed to have.

The Villa Rica Home Depot is one of the best places to find most anything you need. The employees are very courteous and always friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to go there first.

The store is always clean and well stocked. But, for the young girl that was my cashier during checkout to tell me how she was looking forward to getting off work and how she was going to get so "F'd" up at the bar. I was disgusted. She then proceeds to tell me how "her panties and bra will be off and in opposite directions". There was no excuse for her to say such things. There were customers behind me who had to hear this as well.

Highly recommend for garden selection. Wide variety of plants and shrubs.

Had two separate visits to the 6861 store in Villa Rica the store operation manager greeted me promptly and waited on me personally Matthew Aderhold and made sure that I got everything that I needed we came up together with a plan a b and c for my situation I ended up getting a fresh line of credit purchasing a riding lawn mower and making several other purchases because of how friendly the associates were I'm new to the area just moved here from Atlanta and I already feel at home thank you home Depot

Store aisles are clean, well stocked, and the people who work there actually know where things are! The garden center is so lovely and well taken care of. The associates are actually friendly here and seemed sincere in asking you if you needed help. Such a difference things like this make for a shopping experience. I was only in to pick up some outlet covers and because the flowers looked so nice I bought some of those too.

This store is always clean and organized. Every time I go, several employees ask if I need help and there is always someone available to help if needed.

The employees in the garden center are just so uninformed about their work center. When a guest comes in and asks for help that’s exactly what they should get. I literally had to go on a scavenger hunt to finally find a team member that was interested in helping me. Before I explain why I’m so dissatisfied I would like to say THANK YOU to the young man that assisted me and answered my questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I received what I needed. I planted the RIO flowers and I am so happy at how they look!! I can truly tell the young man is proud of his area. He is white tall and slender with blonde hair I believe. I caught him as he was walking back in the store from a break I believe. Back to the experience that made me upset. There were three employees in the garden center. One was a tall kinda chunky young man with curly blonde hair, One was a young lady with jumbo braids, and then there was Stacey who really made me mad. The black young lady was the only person at the moment that at least stopped to try and assist me. She was leaving the area and on the way to a break or something because I could tell she was in a hurry. Honestly, she really was not knowledgeable in the area so I can’t fault her. However, she did get info. from Stacey about some plants I could potentially get that would continuously bloom through out the season. I was given the name by the young lady of two plants but no assistance on where I could find them and whether or not they were perennials or annuals. That was frustrating. Stacey on the other hand was just soooooo rude and gave me the look and attitude of why am I even asking her for assistance. Since there were several guests in the area I waited until she was headed my way with plants in her hands to ask her a question. Mind you, the other employee had just finished getting info. from her that she passed to me and I saw her helping an older young lady, so I though she would be the one I needed to speak with. Stacey, no lie, looked me up and down with so much sarcasm and disgust in her voice while rolling her eyes at me and said “I don’t know nothing”. Now why did Stacey choose to treat me this way? I was baffled and just blew it off because I was determined to find someone who could and who wanted to help me. The thing that really irked me was the way she treated all of her other guests that came after me. I even waited to the side and she totally ignored me and acted as if I was invisible. She was more interested in playing on her phone then she was to assist me. I’m new to this area and I notice that this area is populated with a lot of people who look like me. However, there has been times that I didn’t feel welcome. When I go into big chain stores, regardless of where they are located, I expect to be greeted with enthusiasm and helped in a friendly and warm manner. With the climate of this world and specifically the United States, it is shameful that people will bring their biases to work and treat people rude just because of the way they look. It is down right unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I’m sure I will be back again to your store and because of this it would be advantageous if you all retrained the garden associates. For one, they should be equipped with basic knowledge outside of what is written on the plant cards. Any intelligent person knows to read the card first to help with any questions and gain insight. Perhaps, there should be a sheet with the 25 most common questions asked about gardening and planting that the team members can refer to when helping guests. Secondly, you guys should emphasize the importance of treating all guest fairly and the impact giving terrible customer service can have on sales and a company’s reputation. Also, it may be good to have Stacey go through an unbiased behavioral training program. The last time I had a project I received exceptional help from the employees here. I am highly disappointed I can’t say that again this time around.

Dylan of the Villa Rica Home Depot goes above and beyond to help his customers with caring and kindness. Without hesitation he asked coworkers and looked up information on the Home Depot app and web for what would work best for me to protect my garden from the cicadas cycle and something that will protect them too.

The staff at this store are AMAZING. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When unable to find some things I needed, they worked together to help me find suitable substitutes. It was a GREAT experience.

Recently remodeled our home. Most of the purchases were from Home Depot. Appliances, paint, wood products, flooring, back splash for kitchen, tile for bathroom shower, etc. Very pleased with the customer service.

I wish Home Depot would provide a discount when I use their credit card for purchases like Lowe’s; then I would shop more often at Home Depot.

Employees in paint dept need training on how to use the paint matching device. It took a very long time to match my paint and still it was slightly off. Most of the employees seemed uninterested in helping me.

Villa Rica Home Depot is the best store around ! They are always friendly and have gone out of their way at times to help me when I shop there. Love them !!! #hometown#friendly
