I use to enjoy coming to this location but now its hard to find assistance and the employees are less friendly.

Betsy and her team in appliances were the nicest and easiest group of people that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Long story short, we purchased an LG appliance from Home Depot in November of 2018 and it stopped working in January of 2019. LG was impossible to work with and refused to replace the fridge. I called Home Depot hoping that they could assist and was not let down. Betsy assured they would take back our LG fridge (that didn't work) and would replace it with a new one. I have never worked with a store that has had better customer service and felt like they actually cared about their customers. I would absolutely recommend this store

Mingo was the greatest of help to me with supplies that I needed. He recommended clearance wood for me and then even cut the wood to size for me! He helped my friend and I find other supplies we needed all with a smile and very, very courteous. I got a bargain on the wood I needed for a project and his recommendation was awesome! He helped us with everything from wood to toilet flushers, drawer parts and even bird seed! You can tell he loves his job! Everyone very polite! Way to go Mingo. This is an employee who cares!

If you are considering a kitchen remodel go see Cathy S. in the kitchen department. She is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She will consider you budget and make it work. All the employees I encountered in this store were very attentive and friendly. The store was clean and well organized. They have a variety of choices of products or you can order online. They will ship to your house if you order online. Great experience for me!

Hi Jason wanting to say thank you for your help with my delivery yesterday which went off perfectly. I also, want to give a thumbs up for doing a great job, being friendly (especially the love they give to my bloodhound ROSCOE), plus being very knowledgeable to a few associates. First, I purchased a pump from Kirby in plumbing and explained that I live on the Fox Lake and wanted to use the pump to obviously water my land. On his recommendation I purchased the one that pumps over 4,000 gallons along with all the accessories needed to hook up four hoses. He pulled everything for me before I arrived and had it waiting for me and in addition he gave me a full explanation on how to use it and set it up. It was such an easy process because of Kirby and the pump works fantastic. Now there's a man who knows his stuff. Second and no less is Mike who has a beard and I believe works in the paint department along with Lee both give me their full and undivided attention, answers all my questions, provides great recommendations and walks me to everything I need. Last but certainly not least is Deb at returns she is extremely friendly, loves Roscoe and is very helpful in every way with whatever I need. That said all the cashiers are fantastic. They always say hi, always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful. GREAT JOB TO THEM ALL!

I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years. Every time I go to this store the employees are amazing and helpful. If they don't know the answer they search for an associate that does.

Friendly employees and fun to shop. Pet friendly too.

Cashier Christine at the contractors check out isle is always friendly and personal She remembers repeat contractors and seems to be in a good mood no matter what the time of day. Give her a raise good people are hard to fine, and keep.

Helpful and friendly staff

I came to the store on 3/1 to buy shiplap. There were about 30 boards with all but 1 covered in mold. I told the cashier about the problem and was assured it would be solved. A week later I checked the website and it said they had 200 boards. So I returned to buy the shiplap I needed only to find the same 29 moldy boards in the rack. This time I asked to speak with the manager. She assured me the mold covered boards would be removed the next day (it was 9:30 pm). I will stop by next Friday, and I hope it is not a waste of time. They eventually located the other 168 boards wrapped in plastic and put away rather than placed for sale in the rack. HD clearly made a mistake in how they stored the moldy boards. They need to pay for their own mistakes rather than try to sell them to the public.

Go to a different store if you actually need help! Everyone just walks past you in the hopes you don't ask for help.

The cashiers are so nice and always ready to help with any questions we have. That cashier Kathy is just a joy! She always whips out her phone to look up where things are in the store if I can't finds stuff. She's always got a smile on her face. Makes our day brighter every time we shop. The whole store is a pleasant place to shop.

If you have ANY flooring or blind needs, go see Debbie. She was great to work with and really helped us get the carpet was best for us and not necessarily what was most expensive. We definitely plan to go back and see her for future projects!

Most all the employees know what they are doing and how to help. Everyone is so friendly.

id like to Thank all the employees that make shopping at the Home Depot Great … and also for being really nice to my dog Scooby too … He goes crazy when I turn in off rt 12 and head up the hill … I say were going to home depot and he jumps all over the seat and dash... if you don't believe me ill take a video and show you … he loves it there and the people love him too … they even give him cookies … its a GREAT place.
