I have purchasing Ryobi tools all summer and I have found they work great. The Home Depot on 6880 W Bell Rd is awesome and the most helpful of all the stores I have been to since moving here in 2015. Liz is awesome in the kitchen department.

Bob and Eric in pumbling provided excellent customer service and are very considerate of others by wearing their masks.

The employees are helpful and friendly.

Found the style and size of the ceiling fan needed for my pantry.

I was able to get in and out of the Gardening Center rather quickly. Their annual flower selections were abundant and in a healthy condition.

Excellent customer service. Dan, saw our motorhome pull in with a tow chain hanging off of it. He ran over to us before I even got stopped. Then he ran into the store cut a chain and got all the parts I needed and had me meet him at the pro desk. Everything there waiting for me by the time I walked in the door. What awesome customer service! He got us back on the road in record time. Thanks Dan much appreciated!!

Employees were good most off, some just seem to wonder around. We had better luck this time except my husband does not like to wait, we waited. store was clean air was not working, swamp coolers only. (117 degrees) we found the door we were looking for, was in stock, a shock. Employees helped with getting the door and door knobs.

Very good customer service. We had our AC down and this store had a lot AC portable that helped us to choose the correct one.

The store was clean and employees attentive and listened to what we were looking for.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Even though everyone is standing around goofing off the manager will tell you they are short staffed it’s why I had to wait 20 minutes to get a question answered. Wasn’t even the correct answer. Save time and headaches go to Lowe’s

A few weeks ago my father fell in the store due to a little girl upsetting our three legged dog. The employees and the manager were very helpful and Dad is just fine. I am grateful for all their help.

I was in & out in less then 25 mins asked two employees for help and they both brought me right to what I was asking for and the cashier was very professional asking me if I need help unloading my cart into my truck

I would not recommend this particular store for installation purposes. I would shop here again but not trust this store or Home Depot for installation. I purchased a garage door opener and installation on 4/11/2021 and never heard from anyone regarding ever getting set up. I called them several times and spoke to Ken, then a manager and finally store manger on 4/19/2021 when I did not hear anything. I even called the company they have a contract with several times and still no call back from them. I would just pay the little bit of extra to have someone else do it.

The store is always clean and orderly. Which makes it easy for me to find the item I'm there to buy. When I do need help, the employees are friendly and very helpful.

Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful! Darren is in the rental department and he was the most helpful anyone has been in the months I’ve been there! I’m remodeling a home so I’ve made many trips there and no one was as helpful as him! Darren is a wonderful sales person, he had a great attitude and was so helpful and knowledgable! He was very encouraging and supportive of our project! He got me pumped up to want to continue this project. Thanks Darren! He represents Home Depot very well!

Associates are helpful and courteous. I purchased a suite of LG kitchen appliances recently which are highly rated in Consumer Reports magazine. Jasmina in appliances was knowledgeable and very helpful. Each time I visit this Home Depot I find the staff helpful so I can get what I need and move on with my day.

If anyone needs help replacing an old, leaking bathroom sink faucet, this is the store to go to...and seek out the gentleman names Dan. He is patient, he listens and asks all the right questions and showed me the correct option, faucet, tools and parts to do my first plumbing job. I now have a new bathroom sink faucet, installed by me, a 65 year old female who had never attempted such a thing before. Done! Perfect! I thank Dan and the Home Depot!

My wife and I enjoy shopping this store. Dan is a manager there who has great customer service skills. His crew is amiable and pleasant to work with. I have worked customer service for 25 years- and I really enjoy visit this store.

I was purchasing a "Black Friday", Display had all the same item, same size, same container, etc however item rang up more than sale price. Cashier was incredibly rude, refused to check display with Black Friday pricing, told me items were "probably gone" and that I probably picked up incorrect item. Decided to shop for our Christmas Tree elsewhere, will not return to this Home Depot

This location has excellent employees who go above and beyond in their job duties. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. As a disabled combat veteran, they welcome my business and will always get it! Every shopping experience here is consistent.

Kat in appliances goes BEYOND all other’s in customer service, integrity and diligence. All while having an attitude of excellence. She was so detailed in helping us find Exactly what we needed and wanted. Went the extra mile and we made the purchase with out checking any other store. We didn’t need to because she was able to help us get Exactly what we needed!! She’s amazing!!
