We bought 3 Kohler commodes and pex plumbing to replace older commodes at our church building. The pex will be placed outside where the current plumbing is now, as soon as the weather permits access with equipment to dig.

Have great employees. The sale cashier Rosemary always goes out of her way to help.

Because of a cashier named Zachary. Like always I messed up my order. But he fixed it and saved me a trip the other store on the other side of town. He ended up selling me something I forgot I needed and I appreciated that very much. He is a fine young man who was well groomed and was very nice to me and the next person I saw him deal with.

The store is well laid out and isles are labeled so that items are easy. to find. Employees are friendly and helpful. Checkout is easy.

I always stop by this particular store on the westside of Evansville. The store is always clean, has an easy layout, products are available, and the people are always friendly. It's just quick and easy to get in and out.

Returned an item. There were 3 employees at the return desk. One was waiting on someone else. The other 2 stood there talking to each other without ever acknowledging me/waiting on me. Had to wait until the one employee finished with the other customer. At checkout, there were only self-checkout lanes and 3 employees standing there talking to each other. One item wouldn't scan. Asked the employee that came over why they can't open ONE regular lane. She rudely said there weren't enough employees. The employees here are more interested in chatting with each other than waiting on customers. Also, at the self-checkout, there ALWAYS seems to be a problem with items not scanning.

This store is right next to my workplace. I do a lot of business with this store. The employees will go out of their way to help you with your needs!! I have always had a great experience at this store! Keep up the good work!!

Shayin did a great job in the appliance dept for us. She educated us on what we were purchasing and gave us a few pointers.

Very friendly employees quick to offer help and answer questions. They loaded my purchases in my truck no questions asked.

There was an employee by the name of Rhandi that was extremely helpful in the appliance section on March 21, 2021. After receiving false information about being able to order things online at the east side home depot I went into the west side and worked with Rhandi. She answered all questions, and made my transaction and day a very pleasant one. This woman deserves the utmost praise. She worked with me to get everything I needed no more and no less. She was amazing to interact with considering I was not in a good mood by the time I made it back to her. My debit card was rejected during the transaction. She told me i could order over the phone and i did just that when i got home. I cannot thank this woman enough!

I buy merchandise at this Home Depot once to twice a week. The wife and I like the friendly staff and most of the time you have what we need in stock.

Even associates from other departments are very helpful to answer questions and help.

Bought clothes dryer. Took about ten minutes and they delivered the next day. Can't beat this service! Thanks Home Depot...you are the best!

Tay was exceptional.

Had to return a Home Depot online order. Although it took some time (I’d ordered using PayPal and there was some question about the item itself) but the store manager, Jill, was courteous and helpful. Store is clean and well-staffed. And yes....I was refunded the full amount I’d spent

I received above & beyond assistance & great communication from a Lucas & Joan. Because of their representation & willingness to help with a defective freezer (manufacturing issue-non repairable) I will continue to shop at Home Depot & will encourage family & friends to do so. I APPRECIATE all their help. It was a very trying time, we were expecting to get a beef soon, lots of stress. We will make do with our older freezers & hope to buy a new one when they become available. Kuddos to both of them. Kay Austin 812/838-5644

The service at this store is incomparable. Some stores have policies that are so written in stone that they forget real people have real lives and life sometimes happens, and sometimes we need help. This store has a way of meeting a customers needs even if it means bending their own policies to meet them. That is why I will only shop at Home Depot.

The items that I were looking for were in stock and easy to find.

The store is not following the CDC guidelines and NOT protecting it's employees or customers.

I place a order to be delivered to my home, There was a large Glitch with the computer system and was kicked to a different store in a different town. I spoke with Mindy or Mandy at the pro desk and she apologized and offered everything in her power to make it right.

The store is very easy to find products and associates are friendly and helpful.

I have always had very good service at this location. It is usually less busy when I go. There are usually plenty of associates working and when I have needed help I have always gotten someone that had knowledge of what I was needing or inquiring about.

Would not recommend over the phone order.
