The store has a good electrical department

The store is conveniently located and the staff is always helpful and cheerful. My only gripe is that I wasn't able to use my VETERANS DISCOUNT on a washer/dryer purchase... Because it was online.

The Pro-Desk employees really know there stuff. Extremely helpful and have taken all the confusion out of my project!

Very friendly staff, when one associate didn't know about a product he quickly got someone who did to answer my questions.

The store was very clean upon entering and I found what I needed right away due to the clear signage in the store. Chris at the checkout was very friendly and she saved me money by having me open a card today. Looking forward to making future purchases with my new card.

If I could make it lower I would. It gives new meaning to DYI because even if you do get someone to help you they are mostly kids and have no idea what they are doing and they are lazy, lumber is of very poor quality!

The associate in the appliances department was very friendly and went out of her way to help us place a washer/dryer order while on hold on the phone. She explained the whole process of delivery and haul away as well as being very thorough about the protection plan. Very impressed with the awesome guest service as you don't find that much anywhere nowadays.

I made a phone call to the appliance department Kurt helped me and he ffound me a freezer took my Home Depot charge card over the phone and had my freezer waiting there within the hour at the front door and helped me load it great customer service

I had an a very good shopping experience on 6/5/2020 @ the Green Bay West Home Depot when I stopped @ the Customer service desk for assistance in finding a Ryobi lithium battery 2 pack. The associate helping me was Ashlie. She first looked the item up online for me to verify the item I wanted & to see if it was available & where to find it in the store. At that point she asked her coworker if she was ok there alone if she left & she was assured by her coworker it was ok. She then picked up her purse & jacket stating her work shift was over, but she still insisted on helping me to find my item..stating it was no problem & that she was supposed to have been finished an hour ago anyway! She then physically walked me (with a smile and a sincere willingness to help me to the aisle to locate the item.) There was only one package on the shelf ( computer showed there were 12 in stock). Ashlie stated there were more on upper shelves that just weren't unpacked yet. She then offered me any more help & directed me to the aisle where to get furnace filters that I also needed. I told her how thankful I was for her help and how I felt she was a very dedicated and professional associate & that I would be writing this review about her! This store and her managers are lucky to have her working for them - she is a good role model for her co-workers too!

Let me clarify, I wouldn’t recommend the window coverings department at this Home Depot. The guy that wears the knit hat that works in that department has been rude the last three times I have been there. The first And second time I chalked up to maybe he was having a bad day, the third time was when I was convinced that he hates his job and the customers that he encounters. He is just miserable. Not only that, he tries to convince you that a shade that has been over-cut by and inch and a half (cut incorrectly by another dept employee) will work. How is that customer service?

Heather in appliances was AWESOME. We had the best experience while purchasing a new refrigerator. The store was neat and clean and employees were helpful.

The associates in the paint department were very helpful! Answered all of my questions and explained the differences in paint and the benefits of each kind.

This place is close to my home and being prior service member I appreciate the discount.

Horrible customer service. Took me over an hour to get three small things. None of the employees communicate with each other. No structure at all.
