Esther ,from customer service hear my request and went out of her way to find the persons that would be able to solve my problem . From her immediate supervisor all the way to the store manager ,until a solution was found . Her care and value time spent with me and her ability to explore solutions show how professional and connect she is with the customers . She went above and beyond for me I thank her and everyone with such a valuable work ethic.

This HD excels in the way they treat their customers. Same quality as all HDs, but add to those great people like Carl and Chanelle in Doors, Josefina at the cash register, and Xavier in Plumbing. Great store.

Luz is amazing. So polite, with a smile, it makes it a pleasure to go to Home Depot. She should be recognized as a manager. That's the reason why I am writing this survey, because people like her should be promoted to improve Home Depot customer service like the old days. Luz you deserve it !!! Very satisfied customer.

When you ask for assistance, the staff replies with “what do you want?!” And the items that are returned by previous customers due to defective or missing parts are placed back on the shelves and you end up buying them.

I am a customer that complains about everything. It took me 45 min to place an order online, since the system would not let me process my payment. I was walking to customer service for help with placing my order and Luz with a great smile asked me if I needed assistance. As much as I complain, I also acknowledge great attention. Home Depot should recognize this lovely lady for her amazing attention, knowledge, quickness and great personality; always with a smile, so out of this world. Thank you Luz, you should be recognized by this huge industry.

Employees are very courteous and friendly and help you to find items

I went to this store for the first time, and I was so happy I did. It is at a very good location , and it is easy to find parking!. Also, it is very organized, and the service is rapid.

Need to have better employees who are willing to help and knowledgeable in their respective departments. Have managers check on their employees and get rid of those who re not doing their jobs.

If you want someone that makes you feel heard and is professional, ask for Lazaro. Billy, the cashier was sweet and a gentleman. There are two guys outside who selflessly came to help us load a heavy equipment into the car. The best experience we’ve had at any HD location.

Bought a few plumbing items, and the cashier, Alma, was engaging and helpful.

I'll start by saying never had an issue here at this store, with purchases, returns, anything. I go there with some receipts/returns and I'm told a lot of items on the receipts had already been returned by an indifferent clerk who had no interest in helping me. Today was the first time I returned anything these receipts had on them. Said a lot of plants I had bought were already returned??? No reason to. What they show as returned is living in my yard, never died, never a reason to return, but shows returned. Almost seems like internal fraud, using my account to return things, I didn't return anything, and getting gift cards for instance? IDK but something isn't right just because they say I returned a lot of things when I hadn't. Now this makes the legitimate return I had today ineligible. Just doesn't make sense. Plus implied I'm lying or just forgot I returned any of this. Hard to do when the very plants they said got returned are in my yard. I requested home Depot contact me regarding this I will provide any proof they need as far as my receipts/billing statements showing I never got a credit for any of these returns they are claiming I did.

I bought a patio shed from this store service was great Danny the manager on duty and Alma the cashier were very helpful.

About 90% of the things I buy at Home Depot you won't get anywhere else. And even that remaining 10% many times it's more convenient to buy there. Although it's understandable that such a big store with such a wide variety of merchandise couldn't work flawlessly, it can be improved regarding detailed knowledge on ALL that merchandise. After all, this is the store for DIY.

I loved it because there was great service

I use the Home Depot app for shopping at this store. All of the 12 items were in the exact location given by the app. This is not true for all Home Depot stores. Main reason I shop there.

If you have a lot of time be mi guest and try to find what you need. The employees are friendly, but hard to find to answer questions. Many products are not available or the amount you need is not in stuck. Some have no price labels so when you are going to pay make the process very slow. Because you are not the only one with that issue the check out process takes a long long time. Just accept that your project will be delay if you have to go get something at the Home Depot.

I have been renovating my condo for the last couple months and this store has made my experience a joy and positive one. Every time I came in, someone was always asking if I needed help or offering a hand outside to help place large/heavy items in car/truck. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience. Bravo!

I have shopped at home depot repeatedly over the years and usually it is positive unfortunately this time was not the employee that was supposed to be assisting at the self check out lied to my face and refused to assist me and my buddy with purchase
