It took over twenty minutes to get help and then was treated as a thief

We had our charge card compromised and a new one was issued. We tried to use the new card for the first time. It threw up all kinds of red flags. The manager on duty did an awesome job of handling the situation.

This store is the largest in the Knoxville area and the staff are fantastic. Even the guys driving the forklifts will stop and help, if they're not moving any product at the time. Everyone is so knowledgeable.

I needed to get all of our Christmas decorations and I did NOT want to have to go store to store and spend a lot of time....this was truly a ONE STOP trip!!!

I bought this last week and love it.

We wanted a specific freezer we had seen online but it was not in the store. Pattie, in the appliance department, took the time to look at the available stock in the area. While she was doing that for us, she brought me a chair since I have trouble standing for longer than 5 minutes or so. She was resourceful and professional and we appreciate her efforts.

All I needed was an O ring for a pressure washer. A guy in lumber walked me over to plumbing and found exactly what I needed. It's always a great experience at W. Knoxville Home Depot.

Pattie in appliances was so wonderful to work with on our purchase. Knowledgeable and very pleasant. Very helpful explaining the warranty and about the appliances we purchased. Thank you Pattie for making this a less stress event.

I have never been in this Home Depot where employees weren't smiling and willing to help you find whatever you need. Being a female, that's very important to me.

The store needs only to allow service animals. Pets should not be allowed due to sanitary issues and aggressive behavior

We were blessed to have Ronnie Cox greet us immediately as we walked into the garden department. He took the time to acknowledge other customers, while he was assisting us and made calls to nearby stores, so that we could all get the patio furniture we wanted. Ronnie educated us on lawn tractors and smokers, then helped us set up a Will Call for all our large purchases for our new home. Ronnie and his team are living the culture and values that Arthur Blank and Bernie Marcus founded Home Depot on!!!

I received excellent customer service by am employee named Patrick who helped me create a home repair solution, made sure I had the materials I needed in his work department and contacted another department to let them know what additional materials I needed. He was thorough, professional and very courteous. Thank you so much!

Ordered a new refrigerator a few days ago. Dan in the Appliance Dept. was very knowledgeable. Great customer service and shopping experience!

There are so many hard workers in this location and not only that, the friendliest! They always ask to help, making it less awkward to try and stop someone, plus they follow through even if it seems impossible. Terry and Michael are my favorites, but there are several to choose from!

"Josh", the young man who loaded a ton of mulch securely onto my pickup, was wonderful to deal with. He was polite, swift, professional, and generally just delightful. "Morgan", the garden area cashier was everything a cashier should be. She was very helpful, professional, polite and gracious. Thank you for hiring such great folks!

Ken in the paint dept at Home depot immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. (Which I did) He walked me through the entire process on which products I needed and why. He showed me colors, sanders and paints. This was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had in Home Depot!

The Product I bought was a RIGID Shop VAC and as always the RIGID product does the job wonderfully without fail. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay for a 10 QT size but it was available when I needed it.

My Home Depot in Knoxville yes the best, and I would not go anywhere else. John Burton my salesman seems to go out of his way and is always interested in the job at hand that I am working on and helping me find the right material at the right price and always helping me make the best decision.

Was looking to update my light fixtures in my home. Had already gone to Lowe’s, so glad I decided to go to Home Depot, found the perfect lights to update & to brighten up my rooms. I had seen some similar products at Lowe’s but Home Depot’s prices were much better. I bought 3 low hanging white rim lights for my family room, another for a small 1/2 bath, and a very large one (super bright) for my kitchen. Love them!

The people in the appliance dept are super helpful and know their stuff! I always have a great experience in this department.
