Tonight’s adventure seemed like a story out of an episode of This Old House. Pete found me in the aisle, surely looking confused as all get up. He organized my thoughts into what would solve the dilemma I entered the store with. Pete took the time to show me how to achieve my goals, while suggesting some additional options I hadn’t even thought of. This “next level” thinking, took my project from visual mediocrity to a super clean plan that will make it worth 10 times as much to me once finished. I’m actually excited to jump into this project now, whereas before, I was dreading the thought of it altogether. That picture of my cart was destined to be all of $30 at best, when I began my shopping experience. It ended at $300+ and it was worth every penny of it! Please give a BIG THANKS to Pete whenever you see him in the West Lansing location on Waverly Rd. He’s a customer service ninja and this one is trying to find you when you’re there. Unlike the competition that hides the moment they see customers approaching them, this guy seeks out customer frustration like a heat sinking missile, getting right in there to solve your problems for you. Impeccable and dang near impossible to find anywhere else, Pete is all action! Thanks Team HD! You Rock!!!

Just helped us out with all new kitchen appliances and fixtures. He made something I don't enjoy doing somehow pleasant. Very happy with the service products and pricing.

I really appreciate the staff helping me pick out the correct equipment. It really simplified my project.

Staff was very friendly and quick to help. It did take but a moment to flag an employee to help find the product I was looking for and assist with my purchase.

Even thought the employees are always helpful, I feel like this store has less regard to the employees and customers then other Home Depots. The customer service desk is just set up asking for trouble. It is hard to get product thought. It is the continuing obsession with making employees stand. So now there is nothing to accommodate employees with disabilities, but customers with mobile issues have more problems returning items than before.

Do not go there for small flower or garden plants if you are doing large landscaping they may have what you need. If you enjoy putting together your own hanging pots or making small flower gardens this is not the place for you.

VERY QICK NO LINES GET GREAT BARGINS. BUT PAINT IS EXPENSIVE. FENCING IS EXPENSIVE. LOOK AROUND BEFORE BUYING. BUT THEY DO HAVE SOME GREAT DEALS.

Every time I come to my local Lansing MI Home Depot Miyanna is happily greeting me when I come and very engaged to what I am needing to find and knowledgeable to send me to the right area in the store and to the right person’s for the answers and shockingly gives me great answers to home projects… Home Depot should hire 10 more like her for cashiers

If you go to this store, ask for Rutherford. The best salesperson I have ever dealt with!

The credit application greeting me at the self checkout is an annoyance and the attendant's condescending remarks to me when I ask how to exit out of the "application" have me finding an alternative source for supplies for my business when I'm on the west side of Lansing.

Rutherford helped my son & I buy a refrigerator today! He ensured me that it would fit with no problem. Encouraged the purchase of the warranty. The frig was on clearance & I saved several hundred 💵. He made is laugh & smile the entire time. He made me feel as if I knew him my entire life. He is a blessing & Home Depot should be grateful to have Rutherford!

Rutherford greeted us with open arms with all the jokes. He was very knowledgeable about the stove, delivery, additional cord, and warranty. He explained the process to us so we know what to do and when. We appreciated him!!!

We went to the store today to order new appliances and Rutherford waited on up. His customer service skills are excellent. We enjoyed working with him. He was very professional and had us laughing. That kind you Rutherford.

Home Depot is my store of choice whether I need tools, fixtures, or other home project items. I have decided to go to Home Depot first and avoid all the wasted time in the other stores, because they rarely have what I'm looking for and Home Depot has it!

Workers know nothing and are slow. They never have what i need and never have more than one lane open

I purchased a washer and service was GREAT. They listen to what I wanted and directed me to the exact produce for me. Rutherford and John were so helpful, kind and professional. The delivery service was outstanding.

Bob at the service desk is always friendly and helpful. As well as the entire staff at this location is very helpful.

Gary is very helpful. Took time to try to save me money and educated me to difference between some tools.

It was my first time being in Home Depot to apply for a line of credit. He was very helpful and explained the different programs, and what they had to offer. He also politely asked me questions, to help me determine which one was best for me-as I am not in a trade. I truly wish more customer service reps were like him. He was friendly and forthright. Thank you for the positive experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I bought the same brand (Magic Chef) I bought 11 years ago. Here's hoping this on last's as long. Be sure to see if the price rings up correctly. (mine didn't)

Today’s visit was an excellent example of why we are so glad to live close to this Home Depot. We had a tool to rent- the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We looked around the store and had at least a dozen other staff ask if we needed help. People are always helpful with the questions I have about the projects I’m working on around the house. Probably the nicest Home Depot I’ve ever been to and it’s less than a mile from my house

This Home Depot store will exceed your expectations. The store is clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly and prone to help with help for any customer who is in need.

Everyone I interacted with at this Home Depot was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When I needed help choosing an appliance, Rutherford was able to answer all of my questions and even make me laugh several times! He made the whole process a delight.

We went to buy a humidifier and had such a great experience with Rutherford. He was so pleasant and made the overall shopping experience very enjoyable. We will be back soon to buy our materials when we remodel our bathroom all because of Rutherford.

Anyone reading this review, please go see Rutherford in the home depot on waverly rd in Lansing MI. He turned a horrific purchasing situation into a sale. You don't find many employees like him. Hats off the you Rutherford!
