The best store nationwide. I only buy things for my houses in NYC and I try to do most of my shopping at this store. The stores in NYC just have too much customers and not enough support.

This store is definitely not one of the better locations in the chain. First off, the parking lot was filthy as a landfill, minus the seagulls. Most of the employees lack basic customer service skills. Good luck trying to find a helpful employee. You'd be better served by knowing exactly what you need, where to find it, and using the self checkout. I'd recommend ordering everything off the website and just having it delivered to your home.

The store looks very organized, where on can easily find the merchandise one needs. The employees were very helpful and provided answers to my questions about the items I was planning to purchase.

The salesperson that assisted me in Appliances went ABOVE and beyond to ensure my experience was a fantastic one. Definitely visit this store if you need anything!

This is a great store and has every small or big item you may need for the home. Employees are friendly and helps you personally. I had help from Olga who not only helped me things I wanted but also not let me over buy things which I actually may not need.

Purchased an item, but that has been opened and used by someone else. All the plastic bags holding assembly parts inside of the packaging box have been opened. You should not sell a second-hand item to any customer without a notice.

I was told that I would get $75 off if I open an account. I opened an account and did not get the discount. She said that I could scan the code next visit which is not why I opened the account today. Not sure if I will get the credit on my next visit. I will have to call once I get my card to verify, but I was falsely led into opening a new account.

The store in Milpitas has most of the products I look for soI go to this store first. I am very satisfied with Abraham Saguid, an appliance specialist who has great customer service.

This is a terrible store and I don't know why anyone would shop here. Employees are sullen and unhelpful. Things are hard to find and plants in the nursery are not well cared for.

My wife and I frequent this store weekly for almost all our hardware, building and repair needs. My wife gets almost all of her gardening supplies here. We've been to this store so often that we have a stimulus response whenever we get near a Home Depot and we compulsively start looking at tools and materials for our next project. It's a very comforting dependency, and the store employees are very understanding. They seem to always be nearby whenever we have a question, and they take us right to the item were looking for. Thanks for being there Home Depot!
