Cashier, Amy was friendly and very helpful. Store was very crowded especially in view of the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines. It was somewhat difficult to find an associate to assist me in locating my purchase, but when one was found the assistance was adequate.

Nice and clean store, smile and nice staffs

This particular store #3908 has poor customer service. I had to use my iPhone to find items in the store, then the location in the store was not accurate.

Good place that usually gives me a good experience, sometimes excellent... wish they were more consistent though.

This is a great location. Abby in the lighting department was especially helpful.

No one actually works at this store including the management! They just specalize with their co-workers and treat customers like they are in the way!

This is my favorite Home Depot store. I know about where everything is. It is also quick and easy to get to.

Store is clean and not cluttered. I can always reach out to a store assistant for advice or to help me find the items I need for my projects.

The store is clean every time I go into the store the employees ask me in almost every Department ask me how can they help me

The people there are nice, it is hard navigating the isles when the stair devices are in the way. Can't get a cart around them when they have low items on hangers that catch the cart. Do you have Kreg products? I could not find them. Also you need Anderson Storm Door pamphlets.

The staff in the refrigerator section were very helpful, check out was quick. overall - great experience with knowledgeable staff.

Nehemiah from plumbing is very helpful and knows a lot about his product he will find product for you and if he cant he will find another store and call them and if still they don't have it he will still find other ways to make sure you have been taken care of

This Home Depot's employees are very helpful. Amy and Luis helped my family, calmly and very collected, even after store hours. We wanted to purchase a washer and dryer as soon as possible since ours broke and because the pandemic makes it dangerous to be out unnecessarily. However, there were two star employees that definitely need a raise if possible, since they helped us open a new Home Depot credit card and purchase a washer and dryer, and they both stayed even 45 minutes or more after closing to help us. They were very understanding and listened to all of our concerns and needs; they made sure our shopping experience was perfect and they made sure we ordered the right model and color of dryer and washer, we used the nice promotions for getting a new credit card, and that we left the store with everything we needed. I was so impressed by these two workers that I will definitely be returning to this location all the time for these two. They both deserve nice hefty raises if possible. I strongly recommend coming to this location.

The associates are always friendly, the products are always available for the consumer and there is no pressure for me as the consumer to buy anything that I do not want to purchase. The store is always clean. The cashiers are always friendly and professional.

Employees are too busy acting like they are working by staring at the same small box for five minutes without doing anything. The employees also like to walk right in front of you while you are looking for needed items, yet they could not be bothered to ask if I needed any assistance.

Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable employees. Necessary items are in stock, which is not easy right now. I've been coming to this HD for about 10 years, and don't believe I've ever had a bad experience.

Arrived with all of the things I needed on my list... with their locations in the store noted, I found most items easily because I looked them up on the internet before my trip to the store. Some items I had to ask an associate where to find it. Using an electric cart that the store graciously supplies, it would have been smoother if I could have 'planned my route' through the store if I knew where all the items I wanted were located, But hey... they do a great job of trying to keep their store inventory (and location of the item) up to the minute on the internet. My only 'complaint' if you will, is that there is not a way for me to take advantage of my military discount when checking out at the self checkout... or if there is a way... I didn't see it. I was assisted be a very nice associate, but was not asked about a military discount... and I did not think to ask about it, so it is my fault in that respect. Next time I will try to remember to ask. I definitely like the way I could navigate the isles (using the electric cart) in the store without having to detour around stuff in the isles that were in the process of being used to stock the shelves... or sometimes just plain old in the way because t6hat's where the display was. All-in-all a great store, and very friendly. Customer satisfaction is important to them, and as a customer that is appreciated.

One of the most helpful things Home Depot could do, in my opinion, is to have the on line and in store inventory be a lot more accurate. It is not helpful to check on line for inventory, drive to the store to find out there is not any inventory.

These guys do it right. Knowledgeable and quick shopping every time.
