This locations is one of the best. They provide excellent customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable in particularly Shawn. I would recommend this location to everyone.The helped me get the necessary supplies to remodel part of home while also letting me know to look for and what to ask the handyman working on the project.

I made many purchases at Home Depot over the years and have made returns. But this store at 6800 Okeechobee Blvd. went out of there with returns and purchases.

Went looking for a specialized water heater. They recommended a local contractor for installation who was excellent. Well Done!

You know how you feel if customer service is not doing the job and you don't want to go back to that store, well this is complete opposite from the time I walked into the store and I went to customer service a young lady by the name of Katie was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable of all products here at home Depot. Would be glad to come back here anytime

Thanks for the carpet machine that wasted half my day. Your supposed to check the machine before it wasted a customers day.

Home Depot employees dont care ! all they are there for is a pay check !!

I love my area, home depot. Like I said earlier. There's always sufficient quantities of products in stocks, or being put on the shelves. The store is very staff from. Your greeted while shopping. If you need assistance with anything, the staff show interest in assisting you. Upon your completion of shopping, you get thanked for shopping at Home Depo, and then asked if you need any additional assistance in putting your purchases into your vehicle.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the product we purchased.

I am a regular at my closest Home Depot like many of us are. I speak to the staff that know me as a regular but the others when I ask for assistance in garden, lumber and hardware no one comes to assist after that are called. Also one department associate didn’t let me finish my question before she said they don’t have what I need. after she finished, I asked to finish my question and guess what…right in front of us was the item I needed…literally right in front of us.

Sorry for the overall rating of poor, but that what happens with poor customer service. Funny there's no 500 character limit on this box.The store associates were great, the store was clean and receptive, The lady at customer service "returns" acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me my money back, forget about the time, forget about the inconvenience, forget about gas, forget about the aggravation an experience like this creates. Here's your money start over again. Overall this experience has detoured me from using Home Depot again.

Employees are very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Some items are only available on line and that is frustrating, but that's corporate. The employees have no say about that. But what they DO have is readily available and the employees will help you find the right thing you need.

Although I find all of the store employees friendly and helpful, I would like to recognize front end supervisor Laura for always going the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and making sure we are pleased with our shopping experience. She is a great asset to the Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach Home Depot.

I had stopped shopping at Home Depot for many years; however, after 20+ years I reluctantly gave them another opportunity. There have been many instances where the floor staff was kind, pleasant and helpful but unfortunately there were some outstanding instances where the staff just had a dismissal attitude. This store did not inform me before the purchase, They were disrespectful and rude informing me after the fact of purchase. Sunday 5/9/21 I purchased mixed paint, I was not told of a mixed paint policy. They put a label on the paint which I did not notice "non-refundable" I was focused on the color. That didn't seem to match. Wednesday 5/12/21 I went to return the paint and was met with rude disrespectful behavior from an employee. The manager was equally rude and more disrespectful. Their customer service phone line did not seem interested in solving the problem, "someone should have said the paint is non-refundable once mixed and purchased" Not after the purchase. The nonrefundable label needs to be clear and visible . Needless to say they didn't want me as their customer and I do not need to shop there. Lots of reputable competition.

Cashier was amazing and friendly!

I tried to exchange a milwaukee light bought during a special event. Found the sku online for Neila and she said she cannot return an "online" product. Piedad was called over and she was no help at all. Instead she was rude and speaking to us like we didn't know what we were saying. Need to train your employees on the store products and how to speak with customers.

I have used this store extensively - all new appliances for my condo and paint for the walls were purchased here as well as home goods within the last few years. It is hard to find an employee in the appliance dept as well as bath to wait on you. My last visit saw several male employees walk past me to help male customers, although they were waiting in line behind me and had not waited as long. Someone who apparently stocks finally offered to help. Unfortunately he was not familiar with the merchandise and, although I knew exactly which water heater and which toilets, I wanted (one the next aisle over from the other), he would only help me with one so I had to wait for him and then wait for the other. The other was knowledgeable, helpful and kind but gave me the wrong price. What made this trip was a customer service cashier, who took the time to get everything together and at the right price - did not attempt to rush me out of the area but made certain it was correct. A couple of years, I went into the appliance department to buy two appliances. The salesman greeted me by telling me that he was from Columbia and knew a doctor who would give me a face lift and do a good job and went into detail about the logistics. I was flabbergasted. It was the first thing that came out of his mouth, not was there that brought me into the store. I was ready to buy a refrigerator and electric stove - guess I must have a lot of wrinkles. I know it sounds ludicrous but it is true.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE BUT THE HOME DEPOT AND OTHER STORES / BUSINESSES NEED TO HAVE A PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP THE WORKERS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITEMS IN THE STORES TO KEEP COSTUMERS SATISFIED!! "A LITTLE TRAINING AND INCENTIVE CAN GO A LONG WAY"!

It's all about the staff. I could buy an oven anywhere, but it was the professionalism and care for my needs that will bring me back again.
