The Home Depot is West Sacramento is my favorite location. I live closer to other locations, but I will travel to this store every time. Adrienne Gigourtakis is excellent in the paint department.

My sales cashier was Stephanni. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I don’t often shop at home-improvement stores. Home Depot always seems to have what I need.

The store was clean the products are well stocked, and displayed. They're very busy But still helpful and friendly about it. I just wish they had more variety of the items I'm searching for. Other than that it's my go to Home Depot.

Roy at the West Sacramento Store did an outstanding job for me. When I complained that the ten mirrors listed online were not in the store, he checked and saw that a mirror load had just been received at the loading docks, got it for me and called me to say he had it on hold for me at Customer Service. That's going the extra mile!

This location consistently has all of the items that I'm shopping for. The store is clean and organized. We live over 30 miles away and choose this location!

We really like this store a lot, even better than a Home Depot store that’s closer to our house. The people here are fantastic and we always find what we want.

Went in the store to buy a Ridgid angle grinder. They sold me a returned, well and pretty banged up used unit as new. Just a warning to other buyers. Make sure its in-fact new if thats the price they are charging you. Staff were helpful, thats the only reason they didnt get a 1 star.

Saw many people without masks. Saw employees talking with maskless people, and making no effort to get them to wear masks. This seems to be a systemic problem with management, rather than individual associates on the floor. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The inventory at this Home Depot location is typically well-stocked and prices are competitive. The store could offer more sales and coupons as an incentive to shop here, but big box retailers usually make their own rules. The store is usually tidy but often items are difficult to locate. That's when it helps to find an associate who will take the time to assist you with what you need. You'll have to seek out helpful associates at this store (like Justice and Ariana, who are polite and kind), but once you do, and you'll find what you're shopping for here.

My husband and I drove from NAPA to come to this one because it is AMAZING. We experienced the best customer service, the best inventory, and the most memorable shopping experience I will have without any exaggeration. There is always an employee around to help, everyone is knowledgeable and informative and you will guaranteed find anything you need to for your home solutions. An employee named Cherry was also an amazing part of our experience who helped us with a 6ft indoor palm. Without her this magnificent plant couldn’t have made it safely home with us without her her brilliant help. She suggested an incredible place to check out as well. She went above and beyond and I would just come back to this Home Depot to see what other nuggets of gold she could change our lives with. But really we’d just come back because all the workers there are great and we found everything we needed and more.

I haven’t been to this Home Depot in several months due to moving further. I just so happened to be in the area and stop by for a replacement bulb for my nightstand lamp. The first person to greet me was Inkera, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to walk me to the lightbulb section. She stayed with me until we found what I needed, and she even checked me out at the returns desk! The fantastic experience doesn’t end there, she walked me to my car seeing that I had my cane and my hands were full. It is associates like her that make walking in to a facility well worth my while during these times. Kudos for having such a respectable young lady on your customer service team! I will absolutely recommend this location to my friends and family. Make sure to meet Inkera!

Kanan was extremely helpful in planning my project and cutting down my plywood.

At check out, I then asked the checker lady to apply the Military Discount that they are now marketing. The checker denied my request due to the fact that I do not have a current military I.D. I told her I am no longer active duty (Veteran) and other than my V.A. medical card (without picture) she could not process my military discount. She said that was the policy. I asked her to see the policy, should could not provide me with a copy. I then asked to speak with Management and she would not send them over to speak with me. I tried to explain to the checker that not all veterans will have a Veteran I.D.. Some are honorably discharged and have no further connection with the branch of service. Never the less, still a Veteran.

Clean store, staff have been helpful every time I have gone. We just moved to the area and have been fixing up our house. We also have lots of questions and the staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Also, it's clean and organized. I notice it every time I go and is a much better experience going to this Home Depot than any other Home Depot I've been to. Would recommend going out of the way just to go here.

I went to several other hardware stores before coming here. The sales people were non-existent or lacked the knowledge to properly help me. After I thought it was going to be the same here, they called in Jen who helped me solve my problem and get the correct part within 10 minutes!!!! Impressive! Thank you, Jen!

The woman working at the paint aisle on July 3 between 11:45 AM and 12 noon was extremely rude. She saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me for approximately 3 minutes at the counter even though I was the only person waiting for assistance. She was not working on any specific task other than fixing a tape roll. I asked her if they could match a paint color and she said it was too loud and she couldn’t hear me. That was fine so I showed her the name of the paint on my phone messages. I wanted to match a Farrow and Ball paint color, but she was rude right off the bat with a sarcastic tone and said she had never heard of that paint before. Are you kidding me? Then she was making comments about messages on my phone not related to the name and brand of the paint I was looking for. She started down this line of comments about my color matching questions before she ever checked on the computer. I just cut it off early realizing that she was not going to be very helpful, or I was unlikely to be satisfied with what she could offer me in terms of quality control. So I went to Lowe’s instead. So in summary, I did not find the product I was looking for easily; I was not able to get assistance when I needed it; the store was clean; and the associates were not friendly and not helpful. I also went to the customer service station to return an item when I first went into the store. They were very friendly and helpful. So they earn back the one star rather than zero.

I was veryyyy confused stepping into The Home Depot. Your employee Lina at the West Sacramento location was so patient and helpful. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, she checked on me even after she got called away for other projects and didn’t try to upsale me on anything. She was great!

THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE AWESOME. I HAD THE CHANCE TO WORK WITH KENAN AND HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WALKED ME THOUGH MY LITTLE PROJECT. YOU JUST CANT GET THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE.
