I shopped only in the garden dept but was very pleased with the wide selection and condition of the plants. The cherry on top was the outstanding customer service during checkout with Maria Juana. She was very pleasant and sincerely friendly which made for a positive shopping experience.

The store always has a comfortable environment. The employees are mostly friendly and always go above and beyond to help you out.

I purchased 2 window a/c and 1 portable a/c and i asked if the self checkout associate can just type in the barcode but she ignored the request and made the customer lift up the 68.8 lbs item just so she can scan the item code at the bottom of the box. She had to made us do this twice because she said she need to redo the transaction to apply the coupon to the 3yr warranty protection. We asked again if she can just type in the barcode because the item was heavy but the associate ignored us again and made us lift the 68.8 lbs item just so she can scan the barcode at the bottom. During this 2nd time of scanning all items barcode she added the 3yr protection plan, but it just ended up not getting discounted at all. This associate gave us an attitude and did not even mentioned that somebody can help us load the items in out vehicle. Extremely disappointed with our shopping experience dated June 02, 2021 between 7pm to 7:08pm

They are alright. I have found a few good friendly and helpful staff when I shop there. However, I have found more unhelpful/negative staff when shopping there that seem to not really enjoy their jobs. Might just be unfriendly management that trickles down to the employees but it’s pretty noticeable/evident.

Shalana greeted me with genuine kindness and desire to help. She quickly and effectively helped me apply for a Home Depot Credit Card. Lickety-split she processed a new credit opportunity for me and my order too! I was out-the-door, and back in the hot sun to earn some more money by completing my project. Benjamin was/is/has BEEN a true help buying power/hand tools ever since I’ve owned my home. He’s knowledgeable and honest with me. These two keep me from going to Lowe’s and Ace to buy.

I am happy to visit the store..Employees are friendly, specially cashiers.. Well organised store...Garden unit is very beautiful and plant qualities are good. Love to visit the store again

Hopefully the workers that are not very happy with their jobs are seeded out more frequently OR are retrained and/or motivated so they can find more success in their lives and in doing so help in making things better for their employers and for their community.

We have the option of visiting two Home Depot Stores in our area but we prefer this one. Have shopped here so much we ae familiar with many of the employees and they acknowledge that when we come in.

Joe in the lumber department was rude and useless as a sells person. He knows no value in the meaning CUSTOMER SERVICE. How he got a job working with the public is a mystery to me. He needs to work in the back.... I mean like the receiving back of the store to where customers don't have to deal with his LAZINESS.

I like the store on March lane The best. If you are going to have a kitchen remodel I would recommend dealing with Deborah Lam. She is one of the best employees I have encountered during my years of shopping at Home Depot.

some of the staff is very hard to find for assistance and not friendly.

This store has very few employees who know their departments. I went in to purchase a stove and a dishwasher. There were two employees helping one customer. We walked up to the cashier area where both employees looked at us, but said nothing. Not even hello, let alone we will be right with you. We were left standing there. 20 minutes later one just left, and the other was like " did you need some help?" Duhhhh. She was not pleasant to us, and then was rude about not having one of the items in stock. We purchased the stove, set up the delivery, and left. We received a call the day before with our appointment window between 12-4. Nothing. I called the delivery line and they assured me it was on its way still. Needless to say it is three days after the delivery date and still no stove. Home Depot wiped their hands of it because it's an " outside delivery service, and I'm left trying to get my stove from GE on my own.

By the numbers.... 1. As I walked in the store I was created with "welcome to home depot". 2. The store was clean and organized. 3. The staff looked clean and ready to assist customers. 4. The two employees that assisted me were very pleasant. 5. Paying for my purchase was quick and easy.

Dodger mo and his team at pro desk are very helpful.

THIS STORE IN GENERAL IS A GREAT STORE IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED AND DOES NOT REQUIRE AN ASSOCIATE TO GET IT FOR YOU. THE INVENTORY IS PLENTIFUL AND NO MANY ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK. HOWEVER IF YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM AN EMPLOYEE, SUCH AS WIRE CUTTING, CARPET CUTTING, CHAIN CUTTING, LUMBER CUTTING OR ANY OF THE SUCH, YOULL 9 OUT OF10 TIMES BE OUT OF LUCK. IT SEEMS NO ONE IN THE STORE IS CROSS TRAINED TO ASSIST IN ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT THAN THE ONE THEY ARE ASSIGNED. IF YOU REQUIRE SERVICE FROM A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT, BE PREPARED TO WAIT. DOESNT MATTER IF YOU ARE THE WEEKEND WARRIOR OR A DEDICATED CONTRACTOR, THE MANAGERS DONT CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. FROM JANUARY TO DECEMBER, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING SURE THE STORE IS BEING SET TO THERE SEASONAL PLANAGRAMS ANDWILL BLOW YOU OFF TO THE NEXT PERSON. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE, THIS IS NOT THE STORE TO USE.

I have ordered 15 windows from this store and I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and service. I received notification when the product arrives and the easy way to pick up is great. Alyssa and Samantha were extremely competent and helpful. I also want to give Michael a good review who helped me previously.

Home Depot Store 1022 is an excellent place to shop. The store employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always ready, willing and able to assist you.
