Employees are very helpful

I bought several flowering plants for gifts. it was 17 degrees out and I asked if they had any means to cover the plants. 2 employees quickly found large thin plastic trash bags and helped me cover each plant without damaging them. they went above and beyond and put the customer first, even for a relatively inexpensive purchase. they also saved Home Depot money by not having dead plants returned weeks later....

I have not been to every Home Depot in Metrowest Boston but compared to the ones I HAVE been to this one is the best by far. The staff in the main departments-- flooring/tile, lumber, plumbing, shades, paint, tools, doors&windows-- are generally very knowledgeable and helpful. The help and pro desks are also very professional and courteous, and there is even a licensed electrician there on wednesdays. As a handyman I am terribly dependent on this store for supplies and expertise, and they have all saved my life on more than one occasion. Like any Home Depot, sometimes there is no one in a given department, self checkout is faster, and some staffers are better than others, but it is what it is, a big box home improvement store. I just search the website and text locations of products to my phone and zip zip.

Like most Home Depot stores , stocked with barely helpful employees. Employee quality and pride in customer service must be low on the corporate priorities list . You better know how to help yourself or pray you find one of the employees (or hunt them down) and then pray again that they’re actually helpful and speak clearly (and/or understand English). I only go here because the nearest blue colored alternative is so far away.

This is a fairly typical Home Depot. What sets this one apart for me is our experience with Appliance employees...specifically Bob N. The guy knows his stuff and is completely customer focused. Home Depot needs to figure out how to put a "Bob" in every store.

I love going to homedepot in Waltham, its like a second home to me.. Cashier Kenneth 2674 00021 42248 is alwys so friendly he was working outside in the plant department I wanted some perenials and they had some really cute plants I love walking around all of the plants in the store and also parking lot

I have shopped at numerous Home Depots and I find that 2374 Waltham seems to be the best managed with motivated personnel. Special orders and exchanges are facile. Store was clean and vigilant about the safety of patrons and staff. Associates are sincerely friendly and helpful. Often I have been given advice about installation techniques and considerations of products.
