Cashier Netevia’s sarcastic attitude and negative tone and tenor of her voice along with her overall “I hate my job” demeanor definitely reflects very poorly on Home Depot.

I bought blinds for my daughter and was well pleased with them and the service I received.

I have been there 5 times in the last week. Every person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was taught differences between rubber and wood mulch and decided to go with the rubber mulch. Love the way it looks.

I went to Home Depot yesterday to buy paint. A lot of paint. I was struggling to check myself out when Pammy stepped up immediately to help me. She was so kind, helpful and happily assist me. As she was helping me she told me about their promotion to save myself some money. Today and in the future. I am always looking for ways to save money. I was so excited when I left the store. Pammy is a wonderful person who took the time with me to really make my day. I saved $101.00 that day. Thanks Pammy!!!

I was mistreated at this store by 2 employees from the lumber dept. It was so bad I had to call on the manager to get the help that I needed. One of them shut a door in my face. I truly think that they should not get even one star.

The store is very neat and clean. You can find what you want easily.

I was using self-checkout and was assisted by Pamela. She is an amazing employee who engaged with us and made us feel special. I will return to the store and always stop in to see Pamela.

When back for paint I purchased a year ago, did not have the same PPG paint number, but I had the mixing formula, which gave me the color I needed for the new item number.

Worst customer service ever. Store was full of employees and zero customers and they seemed to go out of their way to avoid us.

I bought an item at self-checkout one day but left it at the checkout and didn't realize it till I got home. I went back the next day, ask the lady at the checkout and she remembered what I had left and that I had left it. She let me get the replacement. Very nice named Patricia at the self checkout.
