It is very worthwhile drive to Home Depot everything is in one store.

Scott Hartzell was amazing during my purchases. He was patient and went step by step on my door purchase. He will be my go to man for future doors and windows!!

Terrible customer service. Employees have very little training.

Came in the store to look for a storm door and was assisted right away. He was very knowledgeable of the doors. Found the one I needed and helped me put in on a cart. After I paid for it and wheeled it out to the parking lot a employee came way out out of his way and helped me load it up. What can I say except it was a great experience from start to finish!

Please practice better COVID-19 safety practices. Please disinfect the hand-held scanners at the checkout stands between customer use .. or better yet replace them with "no-touch" units like you used to have!

Went in to buy 12 custom order windows. The store associate Drew Renwick was rude. Drew belittled our choice of manufacturers for the windows. Then tried to sell my husband windows that wouldn't fit. He was condescending to the point of me walking away and letting my husband deal with him. Do you really think we will be a repeat customer?

Matt, an associate in gardening was helpful in that he insisted on helping me load retaining wall blocks of concrete into my car. Thanks Matt!

It's Home Depot. Get some friends and your dog and come on down for a good time. Leave any expectations at home and you'll be able to wander blissfully to music that has no place in a building supply store. Make sure to wave to the employees who watch you do their job as you check yourself out.

This store was comfortable and easy to shop in, with labeled aisles and a laid back feel - they even had Covid masks if you needed one...

This store does not enforce wearing face coverings during our covid 19 pandemic. They obviously do not care about their customers health. I observed both employees and customers not wearing their masks or wearing them as chin guards.

GREAT STORE, GREAT STAFF - PLEASE PUT PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS IN THE RESTROOMS. I ASK EVERY TIME I SHOP THERE.

I would prefer a store that has cashiers. This one only has self check and pro cashier most of the time. Unfortunately no other general merchandise stores are nearby.

simple return with a new associate at the counter. I do not remember his name but he was calm, patient and kind. He was trying hard to get to an open register and was apologetic but not overly whimpy, if you know what i mean... my receipt says the cashier was Mariah: I'm sure his name wasn't Mariah but probably being supervised by Mariah.

All employees seem to be friendly, helpful as well as cheerful. Especially Glen he is always on top of his game,and knows everyone's name. Great employee!!

We've ordered several items through this Home Depot. Anytime there was a question or problem we got excellent service and the help we needed. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and will continue to do so. They are convenient, courteous, decently priced, and helpful.
