Every time I shop here the employees go above and beyond to say hello and ask if I need help.

Watch for cashiers wearing their masks BELOW their nose :/

In general, this store is average at best. However, the check out clerk Joanne is extremely rude and unprofessional. I Have had multiple bad experiences with her. I will drive to another store before I go through her line again.

We are a local builder and had an issue with an appliance about a week after it was delivered. The manufacturer, Samsung, would not help us at all and offered no compensation for the cosmetic damage. This Home Depot store manager and other managers were extremely helpful and willing to work with us and replaced the refrigerator. We are very happy with the customer service. Every manager we spoke to was helpful, respectful, and did what they could to assist us. We will continue to order our appliance packages from this store!

I am remodeling my entire home. I needed help with my door, window and trim order. The help I received from the Millwork Specialist was excellent. I placed a comprehensive order.

Great Warrenton Store! All were extrememly helpful employees!

Sadly for our community this big box store is pretty much our only choice in Warrenton unless we want to drive to one of their other stores. This store use to be much better, the products were of better quality and the associates were experienced and knowledgeable, but that has eroded over the years and hope it is not due to age discrimination. Let me say, there are many good people working there, but they have no control over scheduling enough employees to cover the demand for customer assistance and sadly they have people (good people I think) covering various areas in the store and not having enough training and/or experience to properly help the customers. I manage to use this store because of my knowledge and experience, so I don't need a lot of assistance, but there are times I do need assistance in identifying a better product or solution for my project and quite often need help just finding something I purchase often because the store seems to continually relocate common items to places that just seem to be in the wrong area for that item. I blame management, either it is corporate management or maybe it is the main store manager that is the cause of these shortcomings. I don't believe all the associates are bad, but many do need guidance and training. This store has had some good managers in the past that worked the floor and guided (by being a leader and example setter) the associates, in addition to doing their respective other manager responsibilities. Now it seems there is no true leadership, just good people trying to do the best they can with what they have to work with. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone with authority will take a store with good potential and make the necessary improvements to make it a great store to shop in.

Well stocked. Associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout is seamless. More than ample parking. Easy in and out.

store was clean. staff seemed to less than normal. but I got item I needed.

The Associates in the Appliance section of the store were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The products that we were looking for were on display. Assistance was provided when needed. Additionally, Charlie the young man who delivered our appliances was very courteous and respectful. The setup of our appliance was quick and he also took the time to make sure that the appliance worked.

Yes I find the items I was looking for but it was hard walk to the store. Don’t try to get there on the weekends there’s too many sales Items in the walkways

This store was just putting out their Christmas trees and other items for their Christmas display. The store was clean and orderly and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

The store is great and I will always use this store Only concern I have is that I wish the pro desk had more qualified personnel

Home and Garden Dept called me to let me know a shipment of Pansies had just arrived. I called earlier and was told they weren't in yet, and shortly after received a call they had just come in! It was not a phone call I had requested, but it was greatly appreciated!

Natalie in Warrenton VA explained how all the new products we purchased work, their warrenties and the delivery process. She answered all my questions. I left the store feeling very satisfied and confident about our large purchase. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you!

THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEES TO HELP US WITH OUR HOME RENOVATION NEEDS, FROM FLOORING, TO EXTERIOR DOORS, TO SOME OF THE WOODWORKING PROJECTS THAT WE ARE UNDERTAKING, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND POINT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IF WE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WERE DOING. IT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND SOME OF THE STAFF, SEEMS LIKE THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR WHEN WE TEND TO GO BUT GOOD HELP IS ALWAYS HARD TO FIND.
