It’s the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to

I use the Warrington store for convenience from home. Although another area store is listed as closer to get to, sometimes because of traffic it is just easier to use this store and the distance difference is negligible. This store is well organized and equipped.

My favorite store

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years. The store is always very clean and well organized. I have found the staff to be very helpful and professional, very nice people. I have purchased heavy items (tool storage chests, mobile tool stands, etc.) and the staff is always great. The other day I called the store and was able to purchase a drill driver/impact wrench kit (Rigid brand) that was being discounted by 55%! over the phone. Nancy in customer service helped me and I picked the kit up on the next day. First rate service and professionalism. And I find that the store is well stocked and the website is excellent. I find what I am looking for online, check this location for availability and I take a picture on my phone of the item location in the store and this definitely speeds things up for me in the store. Great people and great store.

I have shopped at this store for many years. The employees are always helpful and the service available is much better than other nearby home products stores. They have gone out of their way to make sure that their installations go smoothly.

Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for. I was helped right away and received help from friendly staff. The employee who carried my carpet out, was very enthusiastic and friendly..actually, he was a happy guy!

Very clean store

The staff at this store are super! They answer all my questions and help me find what I need, even if I don't know what its called. Every time I've shopped here I've been able to find things easily and everyone has been very nice.

I have been going to this store since the day it opened at 2 or 3 times per week for my construction business. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to help me.

I was helped by RJ at Warrington Home Depot who selected a 1-part epoxy garage floor paint that I requested, and shook the paint so I was on my way home Sunday morning rapidly to finish my home improvement project. Thank You RJ!

Chuckie assisted me when purchasing numerous bags of mulch. He was so helpful and pleasant while he was loading up heavy bags of mulch. He was a pleasure to be around and I left the store smiling. I went back the next day and unfortunately Chuckie wasn't there and another associate helped me. I can't say one nice thing about him. He was miserable. Loaded 12 bags of mulch and complained after each one. Then left me in the mulch aisle with a cart so heavy I could barely push it. So I give Chuckie 5 stars. I give the other guy 1. I'm choosing not to post his name.

I just had the greatest experience in your store today! Like I wrote on the survey, so many people were so helpful to me! I had a long list of items to pick up (my daughter just bought a fixer-upper), and every store employee I came in contact with, were so knowledgeable about the things I needed! Mary Ellen in paints not only helped me find the items, but offered to shake up the paints and primer without me even knowing to ask! Bill in drywall showed me what I needed, and actually offered me his own gloves when helping me to life some concrete boards. He certainly didn’t have to do that, but I was very grateful that he did! Jeff (not sure where he works in the store) saw that I needed help while I was checking out, and got me a better cart to haul the items, then waited while I move my truck, and loaded them all for me! And a special thanks to Loretta, my cashier, who saw that I came back to customer service about another issue I had; changing a floor delivery to a will-call, and helped me straighten it out when she SHOULD have gone on her lunch break! I feel that every single person I came in contact with today, at this store, went above and beyond their normal scope of duty, and I wanted to let you know that I noticed it, and appreciated it! In a world where people are quick to complain, I feel it’s important to give credit where credit is due! Also thanks to Rene, who tracked down the store manager so I could tell him how great my experience was, in the Warrington Home Depot today!

Robert the cashier was SOOO rude to a customer THEN complained to me about him. The customer had done NOTHING wrong. Also Robert the cashier used vulgar language in talking to me.

This store among others should have a loaner tool department!! Everyone who shops at HD should be letting HD know about this lack of service that would be a tremendous asset to this store not to mention their customers!

4143 is always clean and neat. All employees I come in contact with are very friendly and helpful they are easy to talk to and very pleasant. Love this store.

I have never waited or searched for help.I have always had someone ask if I need help or I have gone to customer service and they have offered to help or called for help for me. Today I was visited by a contractor from Home Depot.He was courteous and helpful.I cannot wait to get a bathroom makeover from the contractor.He was great and also gave us a nice discount..
