I entered the store with the intention of buying a milwaukee tool bundle. one of the products was missing from the shelf and I was helped without hesitation and greeted with kindness. I proceeded to checkout where two employees named Paula and Emily went above and beyond to ensure I received every promo deal available to me. Everyone was patient and kind. I am so overly pleased with my experience and I thank them for that.

It was a terrible experience. The associate who waited on me mistakenly sold me a riding lawn mower that was actually in for repair from another customer. I was time limited to today but now I can’t buy from another retailer because my card was charged $1700. They did refund my charge but now I have to wait for my bank to clear the funds. I’m wishing I went somewhere else.

I just purchased a bag or orchid soil and it was full of mold.

Employees were courteous and helpful, except Larry in plumbing (he might have had a bad day). Store is well stocked and clean, ample carts. Aisles were a bit cluttered with ladders.

I have use this Store several, times a month (sometimes, a week, a day) Very seldom do they not, have what I need. Help, is always just a ask away. Being a Male, the ask part does not always come easy. Today as they went above and beyond, and it started with asking. Thanks to the Pro-Desk, my project will get done on time.

I don't know where this review is going to end up, as I've already written it on the sweepstakes survey. That being said, be careful when buying the hobby wood. Great piece of wood. It's just that when you go to take the price tag off, it's close to impossible to remove it without damaging the wood. Thank you.

Great store, never usually have any issues. Being it a big store in a central location they typically have inventory problems. Otherwise great experience.

They have way too many employees standing around, texting on their phones, not helping customers. Stood around while my wife struggled to place an A/C and tool box into the truck-bed.

I don't find this store very friendly at all and if you have to return something, be prepared to wait with a bunch of other people not at safe distances, that is there are people standing around next to each other for long periods of time. Even waiting to get into the store.

Stellar Customer service, quality & quantity of product availability and open hours will bring us back to the Waterford Home Depot soon again.

This particular store has employees who have worked here for years. They are subject matter experts. When I need to know about building something, I know who to ask. That is the same for plumbing and tools. In the paint department, Darlene has helped me so much for years. I have not experienced this at other local stores. I appreciate seeing these knowledgable employees and having all my questions answered.

During coved-19, store was well stocked and employees were pleasant. Safety measures were taken for social distancing.

Could not find products very easily as associated grout & mortar products were not located together requiring extra walking and searching. Assistance was minimallay available and lacked knowledge. Excuses as to why order was incomplete blamed UPS for dropping off product order in BULK area with no oversight as to what was being received. I was finally offered an opportunity to reorder "lost" spacers for glass bricks (8x8x3 blocks) but no commitment could be offered as to how long that might take to acquire them. Meanwhile the blocks were already ready for pickup.

This is a nice store that is always well-stocked. The assistants are friendly and helpful.
