Ken, in lighting, was fantastic in assisting me in determining what type of lighting would best meet the requirements of a new place. In addition, Lynne really made the return process easy - she has such a great customer support attitude and is exceedingly efficient and fast in processing the returns!!!

As a small local contractor it has been frustrating to use the pro desk services to pull an order oin a timely manner. I have waited up to a couple hours only to find out no one has started pulling orders that were promised sooner. Also, we have had parts of our paid for materials sold and given to others in hopes that more will come in stock in time to pull our order only to have us shop elsewhere or use substandard materials to complete our order. Most of the employees are very friendly and considerate. Others are frustrated when confronted with attitudes from customers when promises of having orders are not met.

There are always lots of employees who are readily available to answer questions and help. I have always quickly found my answers with their help. The store is clean, logically set up, and there is free popcorn!

I've been going to a compeditor for all my paint and building needs. Mainly because they were close. But NEVER got any help, had to figure it out for myself. Going a Little bit further ( to Home Depot ) I discovered that there are people who work in those big box stores and they have Great answers to my questions!!! This Was a Great experience and now I have a New store to go to that Helps me!!

Melody Baile, & Hanna ,are fantastic people to be on the team at the Wenatchee store. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Give em a raise. They know the workings of this store and care about the customers.

No one wants to spend money at a place that does express gratitude that we have chosen they're place to spend our hard earned money!

Solomon is a wonderful, kind and very helpful employee. I always look for him in the garden center.

Very helpful staff in many areas. Just buy all the stuff you may need and if you don't use it refund and exchanges are easy.

The store is well laid out and has just about anything you need. The only problem is they seem to be short employees in some dept. I would wait a long time to find someone to help. Once I found a employee they would be very helpful. I know this can be a problem in the busy seasons. Overall I am satisfied with the store.

The store is clean people are very friendly bathrooms are always clean floors always clean materials and all products are always neatly organized on shelves and there's always a helping hand and almost every aisle thank you for all your assistance and being good people.

I always have a good trip to Wenatchee home depot.my dog and friend Penney, always goes with me and the employees always make us feel welcome.

The Wenatchee store has great customer service. Everyone who works there is great with customers.I would highly recommend this store. The smiling people in customer service also tell you they love job and want to help. Yes the store is laid out well and the isles were clean. The sales people were honest and happy to help A+++++
