Very busy Store #3608; however, a exceptional store, clean, staff cordial and knowledgeable. They thank veterans for the time and sarifices made by the veterans. Thanks for Your time and considerations by thanking me, a Vietnam and Iraq war veteran.

Quick and respoinsive to my needs.

Cashier noticed my "Airborne" hat and asked if I wass a veteran, and reminded me of the veteran's discount that I was not aware of.

Good inventory. Stock on shelves is poorly maintained and I regularly have to find someone to pull down a box from above. Employees are generally gruff and unprofessional but fairly helpful. Pro desk delivery is a train wreck. Something wrong with every delivery.

THEY SUCK DELIVERY CHARGE IS TOTALLY OUT OF WHACK MAKING ALL THEIR GROSS PROFIT DOLLARS OFF OF THAT

My experience was awesome! The team was extremely helpful in helping me with my entire purchase from finding my specific items (April and Chris) to checking out (Kevin) who after I realized I left my card home he helped me transfer money to my cashapp card! He was a lifesaver ( ❤️Millennials so tech savvy). Also as usual getting 1 item turned into many and (Chris) was kind enough to ask if I needed assistance and carried my items to the front and brought me back a much needed buggy!!

Service on point

When I arrived I went to section where product I was interested in was, no one was around. I walked up and down several isles looking for someone and finally had to go to customer service. They paged for someone to come. The person who came did not know about what I wanted to purchase and kept getting store calls asking where he was (about 4 times). There was someone else waiting as well I couldn't get the answers I needed, felt rushed. Finally selected one (string trimmer) in the hopes it would work for me. After getting it home and putting it together the motor and housing for the stringe are heavy when put at the end of the shaft. Will probably have to bring it back. Not a good experience. Don't expect to get knowledgeable help if help at all. You need to go in already knowing what you need. Not a good shopping experience. I do a lot of planting and spreading mulch....fine for that but not if you need help to make the best selection for something you are not sure about.

This is my store of choice, not only because it is convienent but because of the cheerful employees and selection of items. I am not fond of the new checkout system and the larger # of "self checkouts" Part of the experience when anyone is out shopping for anything is the personal interaction. Otherwise, just order it over the internet and have it delivered.

The Store is clean and the people work there are very kind with the customer.

If u dnt knw what u need, like precise size and diameter ,you don't know what it look like, don't go here . you will not get no help and a lot of the staff do not have any knowledge of the store items . The stock was out of what I need or was not put out . Got charge $ 8.38 for something I never pick up cnt even figure out what it is. All I saw was young ppl who had no business working there ,just standing and smiling looking confuse . But its a clean place

It's a shame they have changed over almost exclusively to self-checkout. It does not work well for large purchases and we should get a discount for doing the work ourselves. On this particular visit, we were there to buy a fridge. No one offered assistance. We had to make a selection without any help. No one even acknowledged our presence even when there were 4 HD staff in the area just chatting.
