Do you like to be enthusiastically greeted at the entrance and be directed to exactly where you need to go for your merchandise selection? Then come to this Delray Beach Home Depot. Plenty of staff, clean aisles and merchandise galore. Then no waiting to checkout. Use the self-service checkout and you'll find it easy, quick and accurate.

The Veteran's discount is no longer obtainable at the Cashier's station. You are now required to have a "smart phone" with the Home Depot app in it. If you don't, you lost your veteran's discount.

I have lamps and fans that are great!!! I also have lots of plants that make my house beautiful

Florisca Alexan is a great, caring, polite individual. She provided me with necessary information by taking a picture on HER phone and sending it to my phone as I did not have my phone in the store. Definitely great customer service.

ELISABETH, MICHELINE and BERLY at the service desk were outstanding. We had a problem trying to pick up 2 toilets that we were emailed saying that they had been delivered to the store but when we got there they had not been. The 3 ladies tracked down what we wanted at another HD store and we went there and picked them up. In the meantime we were holding up our remodeling crew and my wife was getting a bit “hot” but we all kept it together and even had a few good laughs! Three great Employee’s.

I had a problem with a Return, and it was resolved the right way.

The associates and cashiers aren't trained to offer help or to say "Hello" or "Thank You". As I veteran, I was really disappointed with the service at the store.

I had a very positive experience at the Delray Beach Home Depot. I was ready to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation and received excellent professional help from the representative, Reina. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Home Depot has an amazing selection of products in a variety of levels!

I went to get flowers for my garden. All my questions were answer with a smile and I had a lot of questions. They notice I have problem walking they help me to my car. Thank You!
