I needed a washing machine and had many questions. Karla helped me tremendously!

I was in search of a particular item and a staff member knew exactly were to send me. The cashier, Catherine was efficient and pleasant.

I bought a brand new dishwasher. Karla made all the arrangements for a quick and easy experience. Thank god for nice people like Karla W.!

I needed a simple door latch for our sliding deck door. This store did not have it in stock. DJ, the kind employee in the Doors Dept, walked with me to his computer, located the part, ordered it for me and explained the entire receipt for me, even highlighting the important date. All the employees are like DJ, kind, professional, knowledgeable and ready to help.

Karla in the appliance section was awesome! There are also enough options in store to make a good choice but not so many that it’s overwhelming.

Home Depot got rid of the veteran discount in the majority of goods. So if your a veteran I recommend going somewhere else where your appreciated!

During this visit the manager Ms. Melissa and the Paint Dept leader Ms. Sanae both exceeded expectations and were great examples of the HD brand and its “outstanding “ customer service. With so many choices, the service these and your other employees at this location execute daily is why HD is my and my friends and family as well as my American Legion’s Post’s store of preference when buying anything! I could not be more happy with my experience at this store. From the original applicance sales person a year ago to the support the Store manager provided me this week, everyone is just amazingly helpful and supportive.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

We needed a new Kitchen stove and Karla was awesome, since we didnt know exactly what we wanted. she helped us find the perfect Stove and stayed with us thru the whole process. Highly recommend Karla in the appliance department. very knowledgeable and super helpfull

I went in to get spray paint to redo some furniture for my new place and found everything quickly. I wanted to check the carpets and found the perfect one for the living room but it was the display and only one left. The manager helped us pull it off and gave a discount for getting the display! Very good experience and I'm happy with what I got!

I am not handy or particularly knowledgeable about DIY. I entered the store and Zack approached me and helped me get all what I needed. He was kind, patient, extremely helpful and so empathetic! I could not believe how fortunate I was that I met him. I thought customer service like that was a thing of the past but Mr. Zack restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Zack! I cannot speak well enough of him and his positive, can-do attitude is extremely appreciated and deserving of commendation and recognition! Thanks again!

I had a great time talking to employees at the West Frederick Home Depot. Every department I walked thru there was an employee ready to offer assistance. Mariela was especially sweet helping me at the checkout.

Zach helped me locate the right toilet flapper and roach motels that my husband asked me to pick up. Myself and another customer were wandering in plumbing and he came into the aisle and asked if anyone needed help. I took him up on it right away and he led me to both items and was so kind. When I got home, my husband was able to fix the toilet and I did not have to make multiple trips! Thank you Zach - so nice of you to assist!

I needed a radial saw blade. They had it in stock. Given all the "supply chain" problems recently, I was happy

We just remodeled our kitchen and leaned on the HD Staff to provide us their professional opinion and expertise. It was a rewarding experience and are thoroughly satisfied with the finished product.

This is not my go-to store for most construction needs, but often has needed items when other sources don't.

April & Elaine were terrific to deal with at checkout. They were patient as I learned about the lumber choices and changed my order and were wonderful with my 6-year-old daughter. A lot of associates would have stood around, but April & Elaine were on it. Great service.

This Home Depot is a very great and amazing store. The staff is very knowledgeable and always provide a great deal of information for any project I'm working on.

This store has lazy employees and poor storage of inventory. Online inventory does not reflect instore availability.

I bought lumber for an outdoor project. It was just what I needed, the supervisor himself came to help me get it loaded, and I was in and out in no time.

II bought a scratch and dent white refrigerator that just happened to be the exact model I’ve had in my cart since January. (white is unavailable at least until July) Ryan and Carla went above and beyond in helping me!

They always have the home improvement items that I need to be successful in my projects. The employees are helpful and easy to find.

I like this store for the cleanliness and friendly employees. Don't like the parking lot, very small and very tight for parking.

This store is very near our residence and has a wide variety of products to choose from. Staff were also very friendly, professional and accommodating.
