I waited +25 mins for an an associate to come and cut the lumber I wanted to purchase. This was after asking twice. Other associates walking around aimlessly. No one made attempt to help me or get someone to help me. Pretty sad when it’s 8pm, low customers and associates just walking around. I know it’s close to closing time but this is unacceptable.

I’m starting to see a pattern at this particular store. Lazy employees throughout the store. Ask for help on a item, you’ll get a standard answer, we don’t have that. If you search around, you will likely find what you are looking for.

Extremely satisfied, went to purchase Christmas trees for our school and the associate was so helpful and pleasant! Andrea went over and beyond to provide the best service.

David the manager was very helpful and professional, I really appreciate his going out of his way to help.

Don't go here expecting any CUSTOMER SERVICE. Individuals on THE MANAGEMENT TEAM just give you a head nudge which is terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE modeling for the Associates

I had an amazing experience at your Store with the help of David Soriano, the assistant manager. Such wonderful customer service. David Soriano went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and he was very knowledgeable of the products. He took his time to make sure all was taken care of. He made great suggestions on products I needed to get! He needs to be acknowledged and need an increase in pay!!! I am grateful we met! Thank you again David Soriano. Terrific team and store to be in! Wonderful people and place.

Quick in and out , top notch service!

Every time I come to this home Depot which is every time now that I've made it my regular store even though it's a little bit further than my local home Depot I just get such a good experience with the friendly staff. I especially want to mention Sammy in the appliance department she was so friendly and very knowledgeable of the different dishwashers that I was looking at and she even went out of her way to help my father on a different occasion on an unrelated shopping trip. I know my father can be very slow and can ask a lot of questions and it was very nice to hear that Sammy was patient and went out of her way to take care of him. Thank you very much Sammy and thank you home Depot for hiring such wonderful people.

HUGE thanks to DAVID (Store Manager), CARLA (Assistant) & LAPAUTH (Cashier) for making this my best ever shopping experience at a Home Depot. Website and store inventory system showed 4 Ryobi angle grinders available, but there were none on the shelves. David and Carla searched high & low but could not find my item. David then offered another model with a price match. I left the store with angle grinder in hand and was able to complete my home project. Thanks again David & team for your unmatched customer care and can-do attitude.

There is plenty of staff to help you with everything from choosing the right product and helping with loading your vehicle.

A clean and well stocked store what more could you ask for.

I thoroughly enjoyed my last two visits to this particular Home Depot. There were no people outside bothering you and/or asking you what kind of work do you need done! The Customer Service from the representatives were all very pleasant, Associates spoke even if they were not assisting you, they were friendly, fun and professional. I would recommend this location over at least two other stores that are near my home. I give it 5 stars for Excellent

Has everything instock and super friendly staff

Came here to buy about $76 worth of paint and other items. Got to the self checkout and provided my ID to the attendant for the paint. The attendant then told me I did not scan all my items. I calmly told her I did. She then insisted I did not. Finally she realized after reviewing the screen that I had scanned it all. She didn't even apologize and just walked away after basically accusing me of stealing. I'm appalled that in Inglewood, a predominately black neighborhood, we still have attendants at our stores that just assume black folks steal. To top it off when I called to bring attention to this issue to the manager he was unavailable and it took 20 minutes to talk to a representative who really didn't care and didn't even ask any questions to identify who the employee was.

The store has what you need. Always has great customer service. Smaller but still has everything you need and very organized
