The store associate, Susan Teale, was so friendly and knew a lot about the products.

Awful customer service! We waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us cut a piece of lumber and no one ever showed up. We had to track someone down to even ask for help to be paged. Not an employee to be found in entire lumber department. When we asked for someone to be paged we got told “I’m not sure there’s even anyone here today that can do that for you”. Instead of simply finding out we were left waiting for no one to show up. Extremely dissatisfied. Ending up leaving, total waste of a trip.

Loved my experience!

Although the associates here have great attitudes, the store itself is a mess. There is a strong mold odor in the seed/flower section. The parking was litter-strewn and the garbage cans were overflowing with Chick-Fil-A containers. I could not find any environmentally-friendly mold remover/disinfectants suitable for indoor use. I was sold one that is not and needs to be returned. Checkout people are very helpful. They did not have any Method cleaner (environmentally friendly).

The store is always clean and the team members are always courteous. Great place to visit and shop.

The management team at this store lacks customer service skills, specifically, the Assistant Manager Kevin. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store over the period of many years, I am quite surprised at how I was recently treated over a matter with returning an item. Take your money and business someplace else where you are treated by employees in a caring and considerate way. Stay away from Home Depot.

Love this Home Depot ! It's staff is always super friendly and they make a guy like me who is not well-versed in tools feel very educated with the way they explain things.

GREAT AND FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Stop here frequently when visiting my son down the road. Picking up something or looking for new products in the tool area.

Everyone in the store no matter what department they worked in, knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. Found items, that I didn’t know they had. Employees were Covid-19 aware. Cashier said, please could you stand back 6ft. Masks were at doors in case you forgot yours in truck. Very pleasant experience! I would advise anyone for home repair projects to go to Home Depot on Westport Rd.

I'm not going to allow cashier George and Andy's behavior in appliance give HD a low rating, some people who work for businesses act as it they own the store and show such personalities to customers, however my rating of 5 reflect the Customer Service desk after walking away from George and Andy. A professional representative of Home Depot took command and helped me with the dishwasher that I ended up purchasing at the front desk, as I was not dealing with George and Andy's Appliance Store within Home Depot. I was there to return a small heater and so happened to go to Appliances, there was a dishwasher, on clearance, I wanted that LG dishwasher it completes my kitchen suite. Thank you KELSI, and understanding my speech through the mask as George kept asking after I spoke, what? That I had to tell George, I'm not taking off my mask. I rated 5 to Home Depot and will return, bc of KELSI, there're more cashiers like you to professionally assist customers than rude George and Andy Appliance Store. Thanks again Kelsi.

The store is friendly, but one thing I like is their website, you go there and you know where to find the stuff.

Great selection of products and great staff

This now my new Home Depot to shop at, since we moved. People here are as nice as those on Dixie Highway.

I shop at this store rather than at the Hurstbourne store because the employees are much more helpful. I drive about 4 miles further because of the attitude of the employees

Clean, conveiniance and empluyees are friendly

The staffing and organization of this store are horrible. I purchased several sheets of plywood. Trying to load onto carts when the aisle is cluttered with tool chests makes is impossible. Lumber was not stocked so Chen had to get a forklift. He had to move all the tool chests and was constantly stopped by customers that needed help. It took almost 30 minutes to retrieve a sheet of MDF. This department only had 2 employees working. Brent and Chen were very pleasant considering the circumstances.

Store associate having the knowledge to find an alternate item saved the day. I was able to hang my 55" TV in my new home. My cashier was somewhat disengaged and distracted. Check out was quick.

A large selection of Christmas decorations for inside and outside. Went outside to the garden center to check-out because lines were very long inside. Got checked-out very quickly by a very kind cashier.

This store is very clean, and has a very friendly staff.

Employees are always helpful without being pushy. Shopping here is a pleasure.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The representative in the paint department was beyond rude and unhelpful. We will not be returning to this location.

Went to purchase a Milwaukee 18ga brad nailer. Tools were locked up so employee unlocked and took to the counter while I finished shopping. Got home and he had gave me a crown stapler instead of a brad nailer. So made the 76 mile round trip to exchange out for a brad nailer (partially my fault for not checking at the register it was the right item) Had another employee "assist" me my second time in the store. Asked for milwaukee 18ga brad nailer. Immediate response was don't got one. I said website says you have 2. Again don't got any 1 will be the display and the website numbers are never correct. I stated there were 2 boxes on the upper shelf but I couldn't tell what they were. Again nope don't have any 1 will be the display. At which point I pointed out there wasn't even one on display. He reluctantly went and got his ladder. My my my what was on the upper shelves but Milwaukee 18ga brad nailers.

People like Kelsi make this store worth visiting, even if it's just for some patch cable.

People were walking around without masks. I will not be going back until that is resolved.
