Associates are rude and unhelpful. Go to Harbor Freight or Lowe’s where customers are valued, appreciated, and treated with respect.

I needed to get some keys cut and was assisted by Kathy who was super friendly and helpful. I needed to go to another department and she said that she would have my keys waiting when I returned. She did exactly that and asked if there was anything else she could assist with... Great customer service. Thank you Kathy

This is my go to store for work and home

products are excellant

I am pretty taken aback by the attitude I just received at this store. Everyone else except for this lady was super helpful, she was at self checkout and she had glasses around 430 on Tuesday 5/31. I was purchasing something that was on sale and when I rang it up, it came up as full price rather than $5 and this bitter old woman came up with an immediate attitude that I was lying or something and told me that she needed proof that it was on sale and that she wasn’t going to do anything. I said I don’t really wanna walk down there as I’ve been hard working all day long in the extreme heat with a broken AC and I am heat exhausted. She said “ honey don’t talk to me about not wanting to walk down there I’m not walking down there, I’m 67 and you’re young if you really wanted it you’d walk down there and take a picture.” I was surprised when she gave me that much attitude and she heard me say something along the lines of I don’t wanna talk about it I’ve had a long hot day and started to lecture me about how she grew up with no AC and made snarky comments to her coworker like “just wait til it gets real hot out” in reference to our trying to not engage by asking her to please stop. The other woman that was with her helped us immediately and was nice and looked sympathetic because this woman WOULDNT stop and got in my face and crossed many boundaries and shouldn’t be working with the public. Thanks to her I will never return here.

Mark in Hardware was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment! He gave us very useful advice (my brother and I are new to DIY home renovations). He treated us like we were his own family. Definitely will look for him for help on future visits to Home Depot. Amazing experience!

Cashier was rude, even if you aren’t clearly sure what policy is… customers appreciate you being nice!!!

Some of your employees at this location are top notch and yet there are some that don't seem to be into customer service. Store is stocked and always find what we need at this location.

Every time I shop here I am beyond pleased with the customer service!!! Today Lavar and Ruvin went above and beyond to help me out!!! I can’t compliment Lavar enough- especially his knowledge of everything in the store!!!

Had everything I needed in store

I came to the store to buy flooring, but found it wasn't available in the store. Mike, the store manager and Jenny, an associate spent about 40 minutes helping me find a replacement. Then Nick helped me to find all the supplies I needed for an electrical project I was working on. Then Cissina checked me out with a smile and Ruvin took my flooring to my car and loaded it for me. None of them made me feel like I was bothering them or taking up too much of their time. They were all super friendly and knowledgeable about their departments! An A+ team for sure!

Couldn't have been friendly or faster

Needed custom paint, and help finding a product, mission accomplished!!!

Had flooring and other misc things to return from a project - their task was not easy lol but they never stopped trying to assist and were very pleasant the entire time.

Went there after 5pm and the staff that was there was friendly approachable and very accommodating. I found everything I was looking for.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A HUGE LIST OF MATERIAL FOR A PROJECT I NEEDED IN THE AM, I WALKED PASS THE GENTLEMAN MR. TONY WHO ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE A BASKETBALL PLAYER, AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES HE CAME AND ASSIST ME WITH MY LIST OF MATERIAL I NEEDED,

Staff from cashier to floor workers were pleasant and knowledgeable about their products.

Everytime I am at this specific location, the staff is always very helpful, very friendly and very polite. This store and their products are always very clean, orderly and the displays are appealing.

Erica and Brent were very helpful from beginning to end. Please continue to recognize them as well as other associates. From the ones who stay late to cover for others to the associate who sternly sticks up for a coworker when a customer is being rude, in my opinion, these are the true essential workers!

Staff at this HD were very helpful. Definitely was one of the top experiences that I have had at any Home Depot and make frequent visits. It was refreshing to see the staff working as a team and helping each other out. Ron was amazing. He searched the upper storage to help me find all the kitchen cabinets that I needed. He asked me each time he I thought I was done, if I needed anything else. He gave me time do calculations to pick different sizes if the others I wanted were not available. Other team members helped in pull pantry cabinets from the very highest shelves and load them onto my cart. Ron even help me get my 2 carts to the register, checked out and loaded into my truck. Top notch customer service. Top notch teamwork.
