Every time I go to this location Courtney and Jennifer at the front customer service desk are the best so friendly and helpful and Chris also thanks to home depot for having awesome employees also my mom loves them also

I had a great experience at customer service. Courtney was very helpful and thorough.

Make sure you’re attentive of the checkout line, they charge for more items than you have.

The overall store is huge and well stocked on every conceivable supply needed for repair, remodeling and ancillary products. However, getting help when needed is a frustrating experience. One has to search the aisles for an employee from various departments to get help.

Everything went cool and according to my visit and beyond!

Dulce in Customer service department has great customer service skills. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire her for my company if need be. She is the type of employee any company would want. She has a great sense of urgency.

I love the service I receive at this location. I will be a customer for life.

They helped me out to get what I needed

Wallace, in the tool rental area, helped unstick the water filter canister from the shower attachment that I got here some months ago. Saved me plumber's fees! And last summer when I rented a shop vac, he made sure it was in perfect order and showed me how to use it. A kind soul. Very patient with senior citizens.

My fiancé and I are in our 70’s and the employees that we asked for help were very kind and respectful especially a very sweet lady named GINA! We will definitely be back as we transition and combine our 2 homes… thank you!

Plywood some ruffing

Staff is always friendly and, for the most part, great to converse with. It’s nice to have young, easy on the eyes, staff who also know what they’re talking about when u have questions.

Was so happy to get the help I got from the people at Home Depot - I thought it was going to be a lost cause and they saved the day

This store employees should be made aware to acknowledge the customer and not acknowledge the customer when eye contact is giving. Very disappointed to be overlook when your are standing by the desk in a particular department.

The tool rental guys Wallace, David, and Bray are very polite and take the time to explain things and help you. I always come back because of them.

I love home depot with their great customer service power that up

I hate going to home improvements store because I seldom find help when needed or when I do I feel rushed. I went to this particular store because they had quantity of wood needed for my project. I needed help in 4 different areas and everyone who helped made sure I had what I needed

There has never been a time, urgent or not, that this store doesn’t have what I need. Shelves are always stocked and employees are willing to help. It’s a shame they changed their return policy, I’m one of those clumsy people that throws away receipts.

The Garland Rd store has many helpful, knowledgable and willing associates.

seems like every time I go into the store, you are moving things to different locations, and I have to find an employee to ask where this or that has been moved! WHY???

Katrina was extremely helpful, cheerful and “with it” today. I have been doing some work on our house and we frequent the store a lot.
