I have been coming to this store for over 10 years now and its never been this bad. The store had gone downhill significantly in the last 6-9 months. The isles are so crowded with merchandise, carts full of online orders/overstock that you can not get a cart down the isle. All the larger carts are being used to hold the crap blocking the isles so now there are no carts left to use. I have repeatedly asked if they can do something about this and yet nothing has changed. I feel the employees too are frustrated so it seems its a management issue.

store 8521 employees and delivery people rate 5 stars every day. This company is lucky to have such wonderful professionals taking care of their customers.

I can't say enough good about the excellent customer shown to me today when I purchased patio furniture. Above and beyond help from Kevin M, Kelly, and Leslie R. These employees are top notch at their job and it shows.

I have had a couple of projects that required regular shopping trips. Gardening yard and fencing in and out quickly and often use the curbside feature. I like the app to find things in my list when I have extra time to shop. I bought large macho ferns that are doing great, I built fence around pool equipment and had help with hardware for gate. Turned out very nice.

GOOD AS MOST HOME DEPOTS , HOWEVER DO NOT STOCK PRESSURE TREATED 1/2" X 4' X 8' PLYWOOD , A REAL BUMMER HAVE TO DRIVE 5.5 MILES TO GET SOME AT OTHER STORE IN LAKE WORTH .

Rico stopped what he was doing to address me and ask if he could help with anything. I did need help and he took care of me efficiently and with a smile on his face. I was there early morning and the phone was ringing off the hook. Darlene, at the cashier’s desk, welcomed me, said she’d be right with me and checked me out quickly between calls, all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Great shopping experience.

I had a bathtub and surround delived to me that was damaged. Sean and Celest did an excellent job handling my return and helping me get a refund. They also helped me pick out a new surround and it was able to be delivered the same day.

I have to get these filters once a year and they are always in stock.

My husband loves this home depot he buys materials all the time there. He is a handy man and that's his number 1 store to go to.

Bought a ryobi cordless edger today. Extra effort by Home Depot staff member Rigo to find the product. Rigo was very helpful, cheerful , pleasant and knowledgeable . Will return to this store again 😀😀

I know that reviews are typically focused on a product, but I believe that great customer service is a product of a good company. On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, I received great help from the Pro desk. Not only did he efficiently perform the order and delivery, but he was also very helpful navigating between product options. Employees like that ensure repeat customers; including me. Thanks Joe!

Employees at this location are rude,lazy, inexperienced bunch of slackers I have ever seen.

I prefer this Home Depot because it is close to my home. And, I like the atmosphere.

I am literally in this store 3-4 days a week. This location almost always has everything I need in stock and had the best employees around.

My dishwasher died last night. I went to Home Depot to try and find a dishwasher that I would like. The salesperson helped me, and the sale was completed efficiently and quickly.

Bryce in lumber was so kind a patient with us and extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped make our cuts, load our boards and even helped Collin the lot loader load it in our truck. Hubby had recent shoulder surgery and couldn’t lift much. This was our first time at this particular store and our experience was great.
